Anyone else on the Kings? I'm a PG on the Kings and I have to say Demarcus Cousins is *** on this game. It's like his only job is to make sure the team loses. He doesn't rebound, he doesn't score, he doesn't defend. All he does is foul, miss bunnies and get his shot blocked. I can't do it by myself, Demarcus! /rant

I play pg with the Kings. Cousins and Landry are BEASTS! Cousins is unstoppable in the post. I have found that your teammates are SO much better when you put them in the position that they are good at. So, you have to figure that out first. Certain guys I WILL NOT throw to in the post while others I won't let touch the ball unless they are on the 3 pt line. For cousins/Landry, you have to run pick and roll until they hit a few easy shots. Then I let them go to work down low. If they are missing, pick/penetrate and dish out to the 3pt shooter. Once you get your team chemistry up they hardly miss. Make sure to use the special defense settings like "Pressure shooter". The computer will automatically stop taking the Bazilian 3pt shoots so no more huge runs against you. On SS/sim we BLOW people out. I feel like I am playing with a young San Antonio team. It is just awesome.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma with my PG save. Drafted by the Pistons but I am considering a trade. Were not doing bad were at 4-4 after 8 games but I'm still not starting after switching to hall of fame after about 5 games it's not this that is my problem though. I usually stay on the team I get drafted by but I either am going to get Jennings traded if he doesn't start when I get the job or Get traded my self. I was thinking of going to the Rockets to team up with Dwight and Harden, To my Raptors just to team up with DeMar and Rudy and Big Jonas or I was seriously contemplating the Lakers to play with Kobe in the twilight of his career and take over as the primary option if he retires/leaves.

I was thinking New York was a possibility too.

Any thoughts?

The 2K AI does really well with the way the Pistons are built. Once you become the starter, Jennings should move over to the SG position and since he likes to jack up the ball, he is a great outlet receiver- one that should shoot the ball on a pass out.

I have yet been able to be traded to the Lakers. Very frustrating but a sad reality this year.

The Rockets have way too many guards imo, and knowing the trade logic it won't trade any of them.

My ultimate plan is to sign with the Lakers once my contract is up. maybe I'll convince Love to come back to LA with me once that happens.

Biased cause I'm a Lakers fan but I always like the idea of heading there and attempting to get Kobe his sixth ring. It's hard to actually get traded to the Lakers for me though for some reason. Houston could be a lot of fun as well but I think Lakers or New York are the best bets. Lakers have an aging Nash and no other point guards on the payroll past one year or anyone at all really outside of Nick Young. New York doesn't have an elite point guard so it's easy to take the reigns and shape it.





On my end, last night was my most frustrating night of 2K so far. After having the second half of my season simmed, the GM asked me what free agents I wanted. This year, you actually get just about everyone, even guys with options. So after making my choices, none of my guys get picked. In fact, the additions I made to the team (Varejo, Shannon Brown) end up getting let go. The guy I got that was an expirer in hopes he lets go stays (Turkoglu). No signings are made and a 59 PG (I'm a PG) is drafted 8th pick. At this point I realize I won't go anywhere on the Kings since as mentioned earlier, Cousins can be very inconsistent. So I myself ask for a trade, hoping to go to Houston as an 81 overall PG. Sim into the season and I found myself traded to the Pelicans. I'm probably just gonna hit next key game and foul out for the next couple of seasons until my contract runs out instead of asking for trade after trade. Stinks because I was 3rd in MVP voting till the time All Star break came and the auto sim happened but I did get DPOY and ROTY at least.

I was hoping that they will play Jennings at the two because I don't fancy it and Stuckey isn't doing too well while Jennings is averaging like 17 and 5 and I'm pretty sure Stuckey is at like 12 PPG.

I would really like to stick around because I like the Bigman tandem of Drummond and Monroe with J-Smoove at the 3. I think we just need to hit some consistency.

The Lakers were really enticing to me because Nash usually retires after season 1.

It kinda sucks you can't make a backup save file anymore incase you go where you don't want too.

Last game just had another Triple Double and lost by 1 point.

Would of been 3 but I was able to get rebound and put it back after I shot the 3pt.

You see all the I's and no HELP. It was good game but Cant close out a game 4 crap.

I love playing with Noel B/c I know he will get busy on both sides of floor.

T.Young has is days but he does and above average at 4 to where I don't have to feel like I need to bring help his way often.

If only we had a someone in back court who either score or at least pass/assist.

I think we would be good.

16-29 right now yet we have 2 of the Starting All- stars making it my 3rd Start out of 4. Along with Noel making another consecutive start.

How do you have two premier players yet can't get it done. When I sim constantly Lose or have average nights when Consistency is 85 and majority of my attributes are only 5 points from being maxed with an 93 overall.

I should at least be 500.

However We (ME & Noel) have no bench or other players who is better than average.

After all star break coming up in few more games. Im have to play every game until at least in 6th place in Playoff seeding.

However I'm only 4 games out from 8th seed.

I would love to win it but can't.

IF you won DPOY what were stat line when u won it.

Also any tips to help close out games.

I try to give cpu teammates decent amount of shots unless were Down big than only me and Noel get ball unless U WIDE OPEN.

I also run Point Forward thanks to on court coach sig to help with distubtion of ball.

Yet still can't close games to help squad win.

Teammate chem 100% under local fan support but on Home screen its like 9%

I have the Dimer, On Court Coach and Floor General sig skills so I try to get my guys going to get a lead early and late I attack the basket and score which also helps free them up when doubles come my way, if I'm down late I'll reverse the process, attack and score then look to pass; with Love and Martin I can generally make up a 12-18 point deficit fairly quickly.

My block rating is a 50/75, I only upgraded it by like 3-4 points. I played on SS/sim, now I play on SS/default which for some reason makes blocking shot harder.

overall 93 want to say top 7 player n league def top 10. Im in YR 7 tho. Top 3 SF under Lebron and Durant which will be a few more years b/4 they give up that spot or I play every game this season and do drills.

Have anybody master the quick release yet.

Cant get that release down for anything. Even when i do manage to get it down its a brick b/c A+ shots with open space A+ releases tend to be off in 2k more than contested shots.

Played first game of the season against the nets on Superstar difficulty. Fouled out in the 4th with 53 points, lost by 7. CPU isn't terribly hard to get past, but man they make all their shots.
