Don't review one game and focus on the positive, then review the other and focus on the negative. Don't judge the two games with different standards. If he wants to give a detailed breakdown on what's sim or not in a game, then judge both games with the same merit. He really didn't do that in this case, and it's grossly unfair.
In fact, it seems like he went OUT OF HIS WAY to do it - with the way the review is written, with the VIDEOS pointing out the negatives (that's particularly funny - and sad), and pointing out how he's a "disenfrachised" Sega fan. That these are guys in position of influence makes it that much worse.

Re: Ign Review
The articles on IGN labeling the site's writers being Sega/EA Sports "fanboys" crack me up the most. (The latest was Hillary's transformation from Sega "fanboy" to first-time fan of NBA Live.)
What objective journalist/critic would agree to being labeled a "fanboy" by his own place of employment? Doesn't admitting to being a "fanboy" of a certain game throw all of that person's credibility out the window? If Hillary admits to being a "fanboy" of ESPN or any other company, then he should no longer be allowed to review that company's games. That would be like allowing the president of the Green Bay Packers' fan club to be a Packers beat writer for the Green Bay Press Gazette!Comment

I've been reading this guy Asianflows posts, and people keep reiterating over and over to him the reasons WHY there's a problem with this obviously biased and completely ignorant review, but he keeps responding like an autistic child that seems to lack comprehension skills.
anyways....
I think we all know by now this kid Hillary has no concept of how basketball is supposed to be played and all he wants is NBA Street in reality....he's a moron and shouldnt be allowed to ever review a game again if he's going to contradict himself as embarrassingly bad as he did in this one.Comment
