Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?

ok folks i have gotten threw all the possible lines code for unis nothing major and eye poping like last year. But i can say that 2k did cleaning some things out.. All the decade all star teams and draft class from past 2k games are gone. But Orlando , Minn and N.O. alts are hidden on the disc this year.

I will post a detailed list of all the hidden unis in my blog soon. Still cleaning it up.

It's a settings file I downloaded that has all teams unlocked. I save a profile on my flash drive from my 360 and transferred the settings file to flash drive. All teams are in game and play perfect but when I elect to save to my hard drve my 360 crashes.
Where they DO that? ? ?

hey hokup just wanted to know how do i assign the magics and twolves secondary jersey and remove one of there retros i dont use? Everytime i try i end up with a plain white jersey. i know the magics is ux016 and if i put that code in for there away jersey i will have there secondary jersey but lose there away jersey. Any way to put that in a retro spot with out ending up with a plain white jersey?

You have to use a converter to open the file folder then inside the folder will be the settings. (Something like WinRar will convert the folder for you)

hey hokup any luck in being able to make hidden free agents show up in the free agent pool. Among the other disappointing things with 2k12, im tired of the FA pool being so thin as it is.

ok this is what you should be doing take ...r.2.h.0.1.6... and change it to ...u.x.0.1.6.... just like that it should work and not effect anything else. The only thing you will lose the neck type for it. You will end up with the retro 2 neck type. You will have to go in the hex area of code and find that uni and change the neck type ..... Good luck...

nope havent even looked at that yet been spending my time on other retro releated things like era related uni styles and classic teams team types... And hidden arena , uni and logos...

So you found a workaround for the black arm glitch? Scale of 1 to 10, how much of a pain in the neck is this work around ? Lol.... I imagine I could set 1 to white/ tan-ish and the other to a light brown ?
