Then do a hex search for this string: 5080000000000000000000XX with XX being the last two digits of the team you are searching for. So if you were looking for the Lakers, the code would be 50800000000000000000000F. Now, anywhere from around 4 to 12 instances will be found.

The first two instances are usually the Practices Unis. The unis are the 2nd set of numbers after the string you just searched for. So in the case of the Lakers, you would see: 5080 0000 0000 0000 0000 000F 0000 0802. The next sting will end in 8822 instead of 0802. These first two instances, in this case, are the practice jerseys. So if you see 0802 or 8822, know that you are editing practice jerseys.

The third instance will end in 0400. This is the first team uniform you come to and is the home team uniform. All home uniforms begin with 0 and away with 8. Just remember 0802 and 8822 are practice uniforms. So, the first digit is home/away, the second is the neckline, the third is sock color, and I am unsure what the 4th signifies. Can anyone answer that?

New question though.Can any one kinda explain the way the home and away jersey are set in the save file again.Using the lakers example I find several instances of 0000.Should I asuume they are home jerseys?

Hokup, i had a question...is it possible to change the floor textures? Like any created team gets that dark spurs wood from last year...is it possible to change that? I was hoping for an 03-04 t'wolves court, i understand the trees aren't possible but the court texture drives me nuts

no not yet may and not be possible. The best that i have been able to do it edit the color of the out of bounce and paint area for the exported teams. I think the court texture is a stand alone png based on the finds share to me by the pc moders. So there not a png for each court floor texture. Like if you wanted to export 03-04 t wolves you could give them the right colors for the out of bounce and paint and the right logo. But wouldn;t be able to use the magic or celtics floor texture for it. But you never know . i could be wrong would be nice for that. If i find something i always share it with all you guys.

Damn man, thats too bad. You did say it was possible to edit existing colors though right? So say the 95-96 sonics court, would you be able to change those colors to green and yellow or no?

you can edit the 96 sonics jerseys to green and yellow just like hokupguy did with my 00 bucks but until supdog comes around and shares how to do it without logos on the unis you will have a big logo on the chest. haha i almost typed LOG on the chest, thats what its like a fat log sitting on their chests.

what are the chances all you hex editors get together and get a program put together for this stuff? so, it all makes sense in words and not numbers for us that are terrible with that..

im sure thats been asked before, if they answered someone point me in that direction.

he means you can take 95-96 sonics and exported them and then edit in the game . Which will give them a CAT LOGO and uni.

Does anyone have any good alternative shades of the colors for the following teams:

86 Celtics (their green is too light while the 96 sonics green is too dark for the jersey)
91 Lakers (their purple knee pads don't match the real life 91 versions shade of purple)
95 Knicks (blue is too light)
Curent Knicks
95 Magic (blue is too light)

Thank to any suggestions for hex colors that might fit a team's jersey better.

the best thing do it use a paint program like photoshop download the logo from the area load into photoshop use the dropper tool pick the color you want out of it. it should show you the hex code for the color. Then replace it in the save file.

that is based on the early 80's ice man era i made for portlandblazers 84-85 roster. The alamodome era spurs had the pink going on. Even if i want too the circle at the top of the keys arent paint that would be sick if i could.
