Hokupguy, I have a quick question about the hex editor and Modio. Would I need 2 flashsdrives to edit rosters? And if so, can you give a quick tut on how to do it.

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
Don't you think it would be the same process using a flash/USB as it would using a HD?
They're basically the same thing.(once the USB is formatted)
I've never tried to mod with my HD so I wouldn't know the difference.Originally posted by Charles Barkley"My favorite city to visit in the world, Toronto..."

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
yes you can change names and audio for the name so if your name kinda sound like another name you pic the code for the sound file and give to your created guy."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
well no has thats what he have been asking for since Oct. The Reditor is close thing to that is basically is the official NBA 2K editor. We all know now that FlyingFinn doesn't care really about the NBA game or he couldn't crack the code of the game."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
hokupguy< you do an awesome job responding to people, just a quick question, when the last tool is released in June will it be just like the PC version where you can update the arenas and the courts with billboards and such, and also edit players like add Wilson Chandlers new hair and tattoos. thanks for all you doComment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
REDitor is not just for PC anymore its for the 360 also , all you would have to do is use Modio to resign and rehash file. I have been working hand in hand with the creator of Reditior to convert it to the xbox 360 files.
I have been playing with the current build for week now its speeding up what i use to do with hex editior and letting me do things that i could not do with hex editor.Last edited by hokupguy; 04-12-2011, 04:43 PM."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment
