Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?

Can someone kindly copy their 2K11 profile to a USB stick and open it in hex. I accidentally overwrote my profile and lost all my Jordans.

I need from line 00015230 to 00015360. It should look something like this:

This is what I did. Made a profile on my USB and saved a roster onto it. I then plugged it into my pc and used USBxtafgui to extract the roster file, roster.ros, I did the one hex edit using the hex editor you recommended then I saved it and closed hxd. I then dragged it onto modio and clicked rehash and resign. Then I injected the file I edited back into my USB using USBtafgui.
Can you copy the text that edited stright from the file so i can see what might have been?

Tuss, does this work to unlock all the Jordans?!?!?!? Huge discovery if so, and you should be elected into the OS Hall of Fame if it is true.

Please let me know if this works and please share it with me.

Yeah I'm sure. I first had a file with heaps of changes but it didn't work so I tried editing a file with just one change but still no go.

did it rehash and resign properly , because that was the error i would get before I knew about Modio and the whole resign stuff. You might want to try it again. Make sure it states that it was rehashed and resigned.

Yeah, it says Rehashed and Resigned on the bottom left after I click the button.

try rehashing and resigning right after taking the file onto your pc then take it into the hex editor, make edits, save, rehash n resign, then take to xport/xplorer, and then try on your 360.

I was able to get all 40 Jordans but after I finished a game I got the message that I just unlock the Jordan 1s. When I pressed A it popped up again and again... I think it's because I replaced all the values with FF. That's why I want to see what a profile would look like if the Jordans were unlocked the proper way.

Wanted to give you all on the quick update on the Reditor tool to work w/ 360 files. With in the next week or 2 the 1st draft of it will be able to edit players names as now.

I have began to work towards the updated verison of it decoding some items for the completed tool to work for the 360 files for Vlad the creator of the tool.

What i would like from you, mainly the 7 guys you have also made discovers and findings by doing with hex. Is to think of what we haven't found that we want to be able to edit. So i can compare it to the pc files ready tool. I can only think of removing the CAT's logo from the chest of the uni's. Everything else seems to be done.

If you guys can think of anything else please let me know so i can compare to the pc. By mid may we should be able to have the same ablites to edit the save files as pc guys do.

Quick note: We can only edit what's on the disc. So can't add players , courts, logo, coaches, unis Nothing art related. No court lines or shoes.
