Re: HyperBaller/DC NBA 2k13 Signature Skills Project
I've gone through and made various edits. Harden is just one person that I specificied. I'm looking to turn him from a 6th man on OKC to THE man on HOU.Comment

Re: HyperBaller/DC NBA 2k13 Signature Skills Project
I've had an idea rattling around in my head. Great defenders like Andre Iguodala and Shane Battier are good at defending but can still be scored on. The difference is that they make guys work so much harder to get those points.
So why not give them the Brusier sig skill to simulate guys fatigue that have to try to score against these defenders. Any thoughts???Gametags

Re: HyperBaller/DC NBA 2k13 Signature Skills Project
Tony Allen
Andre Iguodala
Shane Battier
Thabo Sefolosha
Gerald Wallace
Luol Deng
Ronnie Brewer (maybe)
I would also add Nikola Pekovic to that list as he is so strong that he makes guys work hard for position in the post and rebounding but is not really a strong backdown type center.Gametags

Re-worked and reapplied the SCRAPPER skill. I want this to be primarily an Offensive Rebounding and extra possession skill.Comment

that's the brick wall skill. The bruiser skill affects fatigue any time contact between players.Gametags

Re: HyperBaller/DC NBA 2k13 Signature Skills Project
After a good sample size of games, I really do think David Lee and Landry deserve Post Proficiency, and probably even Finisher like 2K has it. Post Proficiency and pump fakes are definitely Landry's calling cards. The thing about this is that Lee hardly ever pumps but finishes in the post with a high degree of success, while Landry relys on his savvy pumps. Post Proficiency unfortunately lumps those two skills together.
I'd still like Curry to have Shot Creator (I feel that sig skills should reflect what one can do and actually does, rather than the percentage of other types of shots he takes). I'd be okay with removing Break Starter since I've only seen him do it a once (I think) so far this season.
Bogut still deserves Post Playmaker, though it's moot since he's not been playing.
Pretty okay with Klay having Microwave over Deadeye-- he's been so inconsistent and streaky this season that I'm not sure Deadeye is really justified.
Tyler probably doesn't need Scrapper-- he only scraps because he's never going to see minutes again, but Draymond Green can use it. Green's been an important part of Golden State's lineup just for playing defense, scrapping, and contributing everywhere without standing out in any one statistical category. Could go either way with this.
I'd throw Barnes a nod as spot up shooter, because he hits those with some regularity, but I'm not going to lose sleep if he doesn't get it.Comment
