I've been wanted to learn how to Edit rosters using HEX… does anybody know a thread or how I can get started with this? Thanks.

for those waiting on our roster & association files; you should REALLY should follow these guys' work:
CWSapp757 / Dreec Sim-World Fictional Draft Classes
i've helped them out a lil bit & they have worked their asses off on this project & it is a masterpiece!
it was forged & worked in with our project so that nothing misses a beat. the presentation in the thread is for those hardcore gamers that like their associations to be as chronologically in depth as possible.
there are scouting reports that you DEFENITELY wanna follow instead of looking at overalls & ratings, background stories, gems, busts, continued storylines, draft scrimmage videos, pdf & powerpoint scouting reports & analysis, highlights & everything follows an order... REALLY REALLY good stuff. show these guys some support as they hit the nail on the head & have produced THE best draft classes (IMO) ever created for any sports game (including Madden's created draft classes). Following that project along with ours will give THE complete experience.
check in on their thread & comment. this will give some of you sim heads like me, some time to properly scout

Already have a list of guys in a spreadsheet I want to check out from the draft classes! I've read all the reports and are SO ready to get going! I'm just hoping that the REDitor get's done soon so you guys can work your magic!

Thanks again to everyone who has sent messages and posted comments with kind words about the classes. Class five is being worked on as we speak and have two of the most anticipated players ever to come out (Dre Redd and Chris Bishop). Question??? Do we not have the ability to change shoe colors when editing a player this year? I see shoes I can put on guys that are white....in past years...you could make that shoe black or white with a different color etc....is that out this year?Comment

So, i promised to set an approximate public release date.
Since there was an awful glitch persisting from Beta to Beta, which corrupted Bank Of Names under several circumstances (thanks to JaoSming for spotting the glitch), it took several (rather many) extra hours to properly fix it. That's why we're delaying a bit.
Anyway, the Tutorials are nearly done (thanks to M@dDog for putting the General Tutorials togetherand hokupguy for finding XBox 360 disc contents) and the Ordering system is nearly finished.
The untouched points are the tool's icon, installer, about box, website and self-made video tutorials (Jao might be a God of Editing, but that is me, who knows every tool's feature and wants to share the info with you
).
I'll do my best to finish everything asap, but the most probable release date is this weekend (not set in stone, though, so it might happen a couple of days later).
About purchasing. This year the total prices will be slightly higher, than previous year, but since you won't need to purchase the whole Developer's license in case you only wish to change jersey colors, i think, this is reasonable.
I mean, this year you can select only those tabs for purchasing, which you will really use (each tab is ~$1-3). But if you wish to edit every aspect of the game and purchase the Guru - the price is still affordable.
Please, also note, that RED Modding Center is a completely new tool from REDitor II, so old Interfaces licenses will not work in the new program. Also, MyFriend Panel is now not a Global license, but is activated separately for each separate game type (PC and XBox versions of the same game are the same game type).
If you have purchased an NBA 2K12 license earlier, you will get a somewhat discount. Purchasing PC and XBox 360 Tables together will also provide you with a discount. Not sure about Interfaces discounts yet.
(anyway, exact prices and discounts are not set in stone yet, so i don't publish them)

I have a question for you all expert modders.
I am a fanatic of the Triple Post Offense (and threesome). The TPO was reproduced perfectly in the classic Bulls in NBA2K12, but TPO played badly in the same classic Bulls in NBA2K13.
