Ya know, looking through this scouting report I never really realized how much freaking info is there. 120+ pages. That's like a real draft magazine almost. That's crazy lol.

Love these classes, dudes. Have literally changed the way I play my Association - I used to trade away my 1st rounders every season because I don't like any of 2K's generated rookies. Now I scout extensively and look forward to every draft.

Everyone on the email list has been sent an email with both the powerpoint and PDF file. In a few minutes I will post the PDF file here (thanks miamibigthree). I hope that everyone enjoys as we spent a ton of time on this. Plenty of footage is available and there is 129 pages of scouting information. Version 2 will be done in an hour or so. my email's on the way... thanks! i got a lot of love for what you all are doing with this, man... it takes the association experience to a whole other level! i'll update you with what's going on in my own association one of these days... in the meantime, can't wait to scope out d-redd and bishop in dc5. but something tells me not to sleep on the kid from georgetown. i got a feeling he too will be a stud.

Someone hit me back after receiving the scouting report asking me what the process is to making these classes. I figured instead of just responding to him I would post it here since it is not the first time I have gotten that question. So....

1) First thing I do before I release a draft class is formulate the shell for the next three draft classes. I complete at least thirty players for each of those three classes to make sure that everyone that is on the Big Board for the current draft is accounted for.

2) I then hit up Dreece and Ronyell for ideas for players. After giving personalities to all 80 players for each draft, it becomes a little difficult. If they have ideas, they normally take it and insert whatever they want or give me ideas to implement. I then go through and make all of those players (ratings, colleges, ages, personalities etc.). I normally take a day or two for that.

3) I pass it back to Dreece so that he can do appearances cause he is much better at that than I am. While he is doing that, I take about a day to make a big board, compute stats, All American Teams, awards and draft grades for all players that will be available in that draft.

4) I then go back and complete the tendencies using the guidelines given to me by Ronyell and YouAlreadyKnow. Because they are so particular, this can take me up to five days.I also assign sig skills to each player at this time.

5) I then pass the file to Dreece who proceeds to make all of the videos. While he is making those videos, me, him and Ronyell discuss storylines and player personalities.

6) Once I have a good grasp on that, I start making the Powerpoint. Once I have the shell for that, I pass it to Swaggg and Dreece. We normally work on the profiles for each player while Dreece works on his section. I take everyones work and copy and paste it on to one master file.

7) Dreece then gives me a link to the many many videos that he has completed so that they can be included in the scouting report presentation.

8) Last but not least, we all go over it to make sure that every player is accounting for and that everything is flowing in a realistic, chronological order.

9) And we end up... here where we are tonight. Rinse and repeat.

Well that was easy... I simmed one game and the Kings offered me Cole Aldrich and a 2013 first rounder for Chris Kaman. Done.
