Is there any other slider that effects stamina greatly?

i have my game speed at 45...not sure if that matters. but i think that how much you use the speed burst impacts your players tiredness.

i don't play association, only exhibition. usually just play a matchup or two from today's nba schedule for fun. so i'm not really the guy to ask.

I think my association was bugged. I set stamina to 55 and hustle to 50 and Kobe was still getting exhausted with like 5 minutes to go in the 1st. I even set Kobe's stamina attribute to 99 and it was still the same. Freaking weird.

Pertaining to the pro sliders, does anyone seem to have a problem on how the CPU is hardly able to score 20 points a quarter?

          Curious...

Increase the CPU's Offensive Awareness up to 45 and Backdoor Cuts to 5

Great sliders but the only stat that trouble me is assists, any way to lower?

Sure thing, once I got the ropes of playing this game it seemed that they could hardly manage between %30-%40 FG.

But I'll make these changes and see how it goes.

Has anybody explained what each slider does (and what the difference between low and high settings actually does)?

I tried the search engine here and couldn't find any good explanation.

I'd like to understand Playmaker's Sliders better before I throw out my current ones...

I noticed the CPU tries to score too many PIP, should I lower the close shot tendency & raise Mid range?

You should probably try something like increasing Mid Range up about 5 clicks and then decrease Close shot Tendency and Look for Post Player Tendency down about 5 clicks each.

Re: Playmakers NBA 2K10 Pro Level Sliders

These are playing outstanding after the most recent patch using the PS3 Real Sim rosters version 5.0.

Played two games tonight with my Bulls, beat the Mavs at the United Center 95-92 then went to Philly and beat the 76ers 100-95. The stats were spot on, I was amazed looking at the post-game box score.

Here's the few things I tweaked:

                          • Blocking and Charging up to 100: I'm always looking for more non-shooting fouls and this seemed to do the trick.

                          • CPU Steal Success up to 65: I want to have to force myself to protect the ball using the triple threat position instead of just being able to stand with the ball out in front of me.

                          • User Commit Foul Tendency up to 100: Not a huge jump from where it was at 95, but I always used to get slightly more FTA than the CPU. This seemed to help even things up.

                          • CPU On-Ball Steal Tendency to down 55: Several others in this thread suggested this change and I agree with them.

                          • User Contest Shots up to 100: Again, another small change in order to try to even out FTAs.

Other than that, I think these are golden. Thanks as always for putting in the time, Playmakers. Great stuff.

I'm going to live by the phrase "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"... I'm getting great results on Pro, and it seems like the fastbreak speed is skewed towards the CPU once you get onto All-Star and higher.

Playmakers, is 55 a sensible injury rate in Association?

If anything what would be the highest rate u would put it at?
