My god people in my season have about 800 less in each category and i have very good support cards. They cant win but they dont tank and they allways need 7 games every single round. So annoying, just give me the first price already...

I was out for a long weekend, not sure I can catch up on all the posts here, but it seems like there is talk of bots in the Rivals games. I can assure you there are ZERO bots in Rivals. There is no need for it. It's a community based game mode that allows everyone to compete against each other (regardless of deck strength too), so there is no need for bots. The conspiracy theorists will of course insist I am lying, something I have never done to you guys ever. There just is no need for bots, you guys create WAY more competition than we ever could with bots in the Rivals Event. For this event we simply had more people playing than ever before. A fraction of those people even know about these forums. Including avid players that ended up at the top of the leaderboard this week.


The only problem we're really seeing with the event were the network problems near the end. It was "fair" in that everyone was encountering the same problems at least, but completely agree that it was not a fun experience for those last few hours. We are increasing our server capacity for the next event which should alleviate the issues.


Ok lots to catch up on. I am hoping to post a bigger update later this week on our plans for our next Update and what we're doing for Seasons in the future. I'll be back.

When will we get news about the update u talked about last time where you said that if we had the console game we would be very happy. I have been very anxious to hear about this.

I can sympathize with you more than most here can bro. I was in top 50 for literally 99.9% of the event and ended up in 51st place mainly cause I couldn't log in more than 2 games that final 30 mins of play. I wasn't asleep at the wheel, was just staring at a screen with "waiting for network."

Lol so frustrating missing out on 2 Legendaries cause of that....but part of the roller coaster ride of the enjoyment in this game. Just hoping for better updates to the game, that'd be more than enough compensation for the frustrating end to Rivals 3

Dude I can only imagine how you guys feel!!! When the network started acting up I was ready to put my head thru a wall if I would've finshed outside the top 500, I was sitting 386 when it started happening and couldn't get on for 10 mins and if I did get on and played a game it would crash back to the home screen before I could get my results added, and I was going just for the pip legendary. I probably would of straight up punched someone had I missed out on a rival jordan lol.

Hopefully they do something for us for the disaster that happened at the end of rivals, but I highly doubt it.

Dude I can only imagine how you guys feel!!! Yea in this other game I was big into that was similar to this one, they'd give compensatory freebies that were the equivalent of energy refills any time snafus would happen in the game...even minor ones. So I guess it's possible

I have to be honest here though. I went to bed with 2 hours and 30 minutes left and i was only like 1800 points in front of 50. If everyone played effectivly (with hotstreaks) they could have kicked me out at #27. Only 5 people managed to get in front of me in that time. Even if the server didnt work for half an hour, people just played too slow. You cant really complain that you havent had enough points if you could have gotten 1000 points in the last 2 hours.

anyone started playing QG again? I haven't played a single game after the rivals event ended... only maxed my MJ card and fixed my season line up... think I need at least a couple of days rest from this game... I'm currently in a season with Soursyd.. so it looks like either a first or second exit for me! lol 15 seasons and 0 wins... unbelievable.

Mine didnt completely crash until 7 minutes left so yeah, the effects of server were not universal. I wonder if it affected people on the reward lines more than others since we see Twista at #1 and people going for 25, 50, 125 cutoff having problems but me at 13 didnt really kick in until the end.

Yes, I was on the 125 line and couldn't log in for the last 20+ minutes.

Not sure what you are trying to say. You built a lead and then dodged the server issues while people trying to catch up had issues. I'm not sure it has anything to do with playing slowly especially at the place you were at. I'm pretty sure anyone around there could grind points pretty hard and fast. I think it was a good plan to have a lead and you could mostly skip the people trying to catch up, but I'm not sure how you can attribute it to not playing fast enough.

Yes people can complain regardless of where you finished it still screwed other people when the game started crashing continuously.

My exact thoughts. Seriously, I don't see why when they're playing to secure their spot in a tier they don't go all out and instead they start playing just enough to stay a couple points above the rest.
And I'm not talking about 30 minutes before the deadline, I'm talking about an hour or two before it wrapped up.

Not sure what you are trying to say. You built a lead and then dodged the server issues while people trying to catch up had issues. I'm not sure it has anything to do with playing slowly especially at the place you were at. I'm pretty sure anyone around there could grind points pretty hard and fast. When i locked at the standings, people were making like 300-350 pts per hour.
I know how annoying it is to play so fast, especially for long periods of time, i was just playing devils advocate here.

Or maybe they were going all out and got held up by the server, you can still keep a spot playing at a normal pace without hot streaks
