I know this doesn't help your situation much, but I thought I should let you know that your quick game lineup kicked my butt more than a few times. Every time I saw EJAMES come up I silently cursed to myself. It was your lineup and WipeMeAce (who I believe was on this forum at one point as well) that constantly gave me issues.

Good catch on that duncan! And do you guys hold onto all your pro rares and single epics? Because thats all i ever keep in my deck. About 52 cards

No problem. Should help you from using quite so many of your energies on him. I have no pro rares. I built up a few during rivals and they got tossed into Jordan/Pip. I have several single epics that I keep around. Some of them so I can get a pro of just to have and some I use for building up a legend or better pro. Though at this point it has to be a Rivals card or a Legend pro to really make me better. Overall, I think after the Rivals was over I was at 59 cards.

Can anyone fill me in on the method where we intentionally lose in the first round of seasons to get the 2 team packs?

Do we choose a team with a lot of epics or very few epics? Right now, I chose the Pelicans because I already have and epic Jrue, and I want another one.

I can back up his argument. We were both going at it for days without hot streaking, I would say, most of us got streaked on the last day just to stay put. It would be stupid to play all week, all day long, then let some guy drop you out of top 50 because he was slacking and started hot streaking.

Ususally, labeling something as "classic" needs to prominently stick around and maturate for a good amount of time. In this case, that situation was made CLASSIC immediately at the start of the 2nd rivals event. Whether we like it or not, hot streak spending gluttony IS rivals clash. It's a gladiator field with your wallet as your sword

Well, I know that Ajeezy1, Sagg, and I were fighting for the picks 45- 50 spots. Then the spot 51 guy started hot streaking, and caught up within those last 15 mins the server crashed. I was able to play about 3 games in those 10 mins, I know everyone spots 45-50 had a shot for top 50 because I kept jumping from rank 47 to 50 to 48 while the servers were crashing. Besides, I think Sagg barely made spot 50, and he was well in front of me and Ajeezy1.

Man all you guys in the 40's were a pain in my butt every night. I woke up Sunday morning at 7:30 and was at #50, I grinded all day until the very last min. Finished at #37

As far as server issues go, I could play until the end. Even with 10s left. Just took a few min between picks and to get back to the choose player screen.

Season rewards, I don't think a legend should be given to the winner. Maybe a epic pack for a chance at legendary but def not just a flat out legendary. Just a super fast way to make other cards obsolete and kill the longevity of the game. Just my OP.

Look at them closely. They're probably different George Hill Rare cards.

Oh i forgot u too good for pro rares now lol. Im jk bro, but i may get rid of the ones i don't need anymore if im not using them in the season. I just hold onto them for training purposes and i have a bunch of single epics i'd love to turn pro. rivals did get me my epic Eric Gordon. Maybe if i dont some of those rare pros my matchmaking will be better?

This is true. I probably spent close to $300 to make sure I had enough HS to get me into the top 25. I still have 4420 points left over. I'm thinking I may just save those to start me off with a decent number for the next event.

I was in the top 50 the whole time but I used hot streaks on Sunday just so I could stay there because I worked all week to get there and I wasnt going to lose it so I'm guilty but didn't use any until last day

Yea i hear ya, i was up a pretty good amount but it held me over just until the end where i was gonna easily clinch that spot.



I am currently 0-14 in seasons smh, i might just need a miracle!

What time do you usually join seasons? Try to join around 5-8 PM during weekdays (I use EST) where more casual players join, weekends join 10 AM-8 PM.. More players/better match making. You should have a better shot to win.
I won't guarantee a win, but from my experience it has worked most of the time.
Example: after getting great cards from the previous rivals I won 2 straight seasons (joining 5-8 PM), then on the next season I was so confident with my team that I immediately joined after winning my finals (This was around 1 AM/while grinding with the current rivals)... well on the 5th game I already met the Juggernaut team with 5 or 6K stats. there were two other teams with beast teams that season so I got knocked out at the 3rd round.
Next season "Current one"I joined again (This time Saturday morning/thinking more people have time to play on weekends). Met a team on the 3rd game just a bit better than my line up (around 100-200 pts better all four cats), but after getting the MJ and Pippen pro/plus some minor adjustments in my lineup, I just beat him on the rematch. :-)
