I went over there and just read that long post from the guy who botted. Is it really that prevalent? Like, what percentage of the top 1000 in RC bots?

I was having a hard time sympathizing for people messing up the new verification. But dude admits to botting for nearly a year, countless RC cards won, and he think he should be unbanned because it was his first time banned? Insane.

Whats the point of continue spending hours and days to this game while bots users on one hand and cat daddy on the other keep ****ing legit users ?

I was having a hard time sympathizing for people messing up the new verification. But dude admits to botting for nearly a year, countless RC cards won, and he think he should be unbanned because it was his first time banned? Insane.

I read parts of it and the comments and he doesn't think he should be unbanned, he's complaining due to poor customer service because he has put some money into the game.

Just want to point out I have no sympathy for these people. I am a free player and have never used a bot before. People like him are what is wrong with the game. Just because he feels CD has made the game so addictive that he has to bot is a completely insane argument, he doesn't realize or care that he is screwing other legit players over.

I just went and read that post and his argument was so stupid I almost thought it was a joke. Big deal that he spent a lot of money.. He still cheated. I've spent a lot of money on this game also and I've always played by the rules. Just because I've spent money on this game doesn't entitle me to any different treatment than that of a free player. I spent a lot of money on my car also. That doesn't mean I can break traffic laws and run through red lights. And when a cop pulls me over to write me a ticket he will laugh in my face if I use the argument that "I pay a lot of money in taxes" or "this is my first time". In my opinion their should be a zero tolerance policy on anyone caught cheating. And I hope CD only continues to get better at catching those who do. In the long run it will improve the enjoyment of the game for everyone. And thats why we're here right? Its a game. We play it because we enjoy doing so. We (at least I do) compete in the RC events because we enjoy the competition. Clean honest competition. If you don't enjoy grinding your way to a good card in RC then go play a different effing game..

I've spent a lot of money on this game also and I've always played by the rules. Just because I've spent money on this game doesn't entitle me to any different treatment than that of a free player. As much as I understand why you are pissed a botter robbed other players of their rewards and all I think you totally missed the point of his post.

First in a way it's true the game is kinda asking for people to bot, but hey no one is forcing us to play RC, not to be a top player, so that argument is un-valid I agree with you. I RANTED myself a lot against cheaters so I understand your frustration.

Nevertheless, IMHO the meaning in the post was : he is a paying customer (for quite a lot) and therefore should be entitled to a FAST answer and a real customer support service.


I had to deal with customer service OFTEN, cause I experience NUMEROUS bugs, some including me not getting star contracts that I paid or having bug with credits players packs. Waiting 2 weeks or more to have an answer is unacceptable.

In a nutshell : He cheated and his banned, it's very logic. I'm not sure he really think himself that he SHOULD get un-banned.Obviously, he know people who got banned / unbanned so he tries what he can to get his acc restored. He rested his case and if CD doesn't want to un-ban him, it's their choice and he will respect it. However any player (and even more the paying) should have a fast way to reach CD and have their problems handled

I can understand being a paying customer and wanting faster support than a free player but, and here's where the pay to win games have become a plague on the gaming industry thanks to the mobile market, giving preferential treatment to one side over the other usually has a disastrous outcome. It is a very delicate balance that can be very hard to navigate. So it's smart to treat everyone the same. A customer is a customer in this game regardless if they are a paying one or not.

I agree 100%. Not paying player are as important to the game, the community (and ultimately the overall experience of paying players, because why do I buy pack/HS etc/ ? To have a better decks than most people.

Therefore I agree, free players are entitlled to also have a fast response. Still I think a paying one somewhat should get a faster answer. Especially when he gets banned (for good or bad reasons) or when there is a problem with what he purchased...

Maybe I'm biased cause I paid though.

I agree with the fact that customer support should be better. For everyone. Not just paid players. I just don't sympathize with him. The second he admitted to botting, all of his other arguments became null to me. Especially his "paying customer " argument.. Bc I'm a paying customer also. And by him (or anyone else) botting that affects me as an individual. I'm not just a free player. I spend real money buying hot streaks during events. So by him cheating his way to a higher score, I have to spend MORE money to keep up with them. They're basically stealing money from me. And they're not just affecting paid players. Think about all the cards they're gaining by botting. All of those cards are going straight to the auction house and flooding the market. Driving down the prices from too much supply and not enough demand..

That guy is a joke tbh who is he trying to convince that he shouldn't be banned because he paid a lot of money and it's a first time offence. Cheaters don't even deserve a response imo they should use the time instead to reply to legit players who wrongfully got banned. I mean what sort of response does he want exactly? Hi you admit to botting so you're banned. Goodbye? What's even worse is some of the responses on there trying to justify it and calling it a smart post like wtf.
