So I have a serious question and maybe its been asked before.

What happens when NBA 2k15 (console version) comes out, will CD make a new card game and continue to support this one?

If they make a NBA 2k15 mobile game and all of our 2k14 cards dont transfer over will all of you still migrate to the new game or just keep playing this?

Going down the memory lane is always nice. I think my record is 8k, eiher the Bulls one, or the Spurs one. No hs. Btw i've spent only on the last one and the one before, 6500 each. And like a smalest pack on bulls one (600) is it? I got cought up on some real life stuff, fell behind, got angry... the road to paying for wining was short from there lol.

Nostalgia or not, i think all that people said about daily scores just proves that those events need to be shorter, 3 days tops. The same people are always gonna rule those events, as long as they play full strength, so why prolong the suffering? Not counting the CD profit factor, of course

Finished this event around 800 place, at 4800 points or so, and didn't have to play Saturday or Sunday.

Got my Dirk Epic Pro, whatever trash support they threw in, and got to enjoy my weekend.

I wanted Dirk Rivals card, just because I like Dirk, but it was always clear the card wasn't actually gonna be very good, and we all knew Kidd Legendary was garbage.

I understand you guys wanting your effort paid off with better cards, but I think you guys should just use better discretion. If the rewards don't look good, don't waste dozens of hours of your life.

Nobody's forcing you to grind for hours for cards that obviously aren't gonna be good.

That being said, CD needs to do a better job of optimizing Rivals cards.

Dirk is a Top 50 player of all time. Top 5 of his generation (Kobe/Duncan, Shaq, Dirk/KG). MVP winner.

Just take his best year, and make the card.

This event took Nash from one of his MVP years. Now, we'll never know what his final stats are, but those didn't look like MVP stats (granted... Nash's MVPs were always questionable.. but still).

Kidd Legend on Dallas was never gonna be good, just because Kidd never had a Legendary season in Dallas, so I can accept that.

Dirk should be better. I think they got the breakdown basically right.. High offense, mediocre everything else.. I just think the O should be higher.

Whatever though. To the next one!

I was camping this weekend with the Boy Scouts, so I wasn't following the boards or the race to the end of the event. Sorry, but I'm not online 24x7. Not a conspiracy just life. With that said, I scanned back a few pages and wanted to address a few things.


1. Dirk's stats - I'm not sure why people are complaining about his stats. I just checked them again this morning against the other cards and the Pro version is the #2 Power Forward behind RC Tim Duncan. The non-Pro version is #2 behind non-Pro Tim Duncan. There are a few Epic Pro cards that end with better stats, but that is true of some Epic Pros vs. Legendary cards. I did not lie about it, the non-Pro RC cards are better than Legendary and not as good as Legendary Pro cards. It's just a fact that some Epic Pros are better than Legendary cards. That is true within any of the Rarity tiers.


2. Catalogs going missing - Check out my post in the bug section. We're doing a couple things to address it.


3. Leaderboards being behind - Friday we posted a fix which was working to keep the leaderboard within a few minutes. Apparently Sunday (again I wasn't around so didn't see it myself) it got behind again. I'll talk with the network engineer to see what happened and how we can fix it in the future. I know looking at the data this morning we had the highest number of players ever for a RC event. The writes to the server at the end may have just been huge. It is something that affected everyone though. Regardless if it was running in realtime or not there is always going to just be 1 person in each rank. The best thing to do is to get a comfortable lead in the tier you're trying to stay in.


The last thing I will say, is I don't appreciate people calling me a "liar" and personally attacking me. I come here to engage with the community and to help make the game better. If giving out information is just going to result in personal attacks, then I will not bother any more. It's just counter productive and detracts from the fun of the game.

i have xbox live 2-day(ran out of gold and got ps4), and2k14 that i havent used because my brothers play it.Can someone just guide me through the steps on what to do?

That event was crazy I made more than 36k points and I finished out of the top 10. With that points in all the other events I would be in top 10.

That event was absolutely ridiculous. I felt kind of bad after I passed people on my epic hunt.
Side note: I used that legend support this Rivals and it works wonders, so I'm happy I went for it.

I finished with 37k in that event. I actually have my point log memorized from that event because every new event I pull it out and try and set goals for myself (I've failed every time, lol).
Day 1: 7.5k
Day 2: 6.5k
Day 3: 6k
Day 4: 6k
Day 5: 6.23k (Ugh, lol)
Day 6: 4.7k

Played pretty casually on that last day because I was 3rd entering the final day. I had a pretty good battle with the guy in 2nd (SuperGhian) at around 5 am for 2nd place, lol. Monarch was kind enough to let me take 2nd even though he could have easily over taken me during the last hour of play (He stopped about 250 points short). So hats off to him.

I also kept the log for that event because I knew that was the hardest I would ever go, but still that was a benchmark for making the top10 on the following events (which I absolutely didn't feel like doing haha)

Don't know how you guys do it ? I'm still burned out from Jordan event , can't ever think about being top 125 again . Especially since I've decided to not spend anymore . That Jordan event I was like a zombie but got a great card, can't imagine the feeling of doing all that work and getting that low stat dirk , I'm actually upset for all of you , not right at all. And the leaderboard issue is ridiculous , was fine for first few events , why they break it .......oh yeah I remember they had to remove the back button that was causing so many problems ........smh

I've much enjoyed finishing 1900th place last 2 events and getting pro epic cards that are just as good as a single legend , and all it takes is to play 2 hours every other day to make top 2000 . The extra 50 hours that it takes to get a slightly better card is not worth it all, I know i know , I'll be sorry when that dupe legend of Kidd or melo comes in , well 45k picks , 6 months and 1 legend drafted , I'll take my chances that it's never coming in
