Is it better to lose first round or second round to get the epics? Has anyone had success getting them in the second round? I've seen a lot of people sharing their success at getting their two epics from first round loss.

I've gotten an epic from a second round loss, but the thinking goes if you DO get an epic in first round loss you're guaranteed to get two of the same. If you already have a lot of epics you should go for second round, because you can get a dupe of one you already have.

I'm not sure what the chances of getting an epic period is from first or second, but I think team packs have similar or less chance than the packs you get from second round. But when you do hit epic from first round you get two of the same.

I've gotten an epic from a second round loss, but the thinking goes if you DO get an epic in first round loss you're guaranteed to get two of the same. If you already have a lot of epics you should go for second round, because you can get a dupe of one you already have.

I'd love to see someone buy 100 team packs and see what the rates are for epics. 100 isn't a huge sample size but any higher it'd be an unreasonable amount to spend.

That sucks to not have a legendary yet. Do you stockpile picks or do them after every game? I have 1 legendary support card still waiting for my first player. It looks like you have the most legitimate wins on iOS heh, so welcome to the forum. Winning seasons seems mostly about luck and timing it seems.

About my first 20k-21k games, I was choosing pick(s) after every game. Then when I started lurking this forum and learned how to rack up picks, I started doing it. So far, I haven't noticed much of a difference in snagging Epic's between stockpiling or picking immediately after a game. I still get them plying roughly between 1k-3k games. I've been stacking up picks anywhere from about 25-400. And yeah, according to Game Center, I'm #2 on the leaderboards for most Quick Game wins. Or in other words, the second best at never putting his phone down lol. As for the seasons, you're absolutely right. I started playing this game around the first or second week it came out. I didn't start a season until I played about 4k-5k games, collected a decent amount of Rare's(turned Pro) and my first Epic card(Kobe). I won every Finals about 4-5 times in a row. Then the Epic Packs went up for sale and it changed the whole demographic of the game lol. I'm still lucky enough to win it all sometimes, but I've had about 3-4 seasons so far that have been doodoo. Hopefully you've ben luckier than I have been as of late though.

You might wanna save up some $20 bills then lol. You may find yourself going on a 3k-3.5k game drought without an Epic and then finally being rewarded with an Epic Marcin Gortat(might as well have been a Rare card with his stats) before going on another 1k-2k Epic card drought, like I did lol.
