It's random. Although the higher the rarity, the more often they will use their ability. Example, a legendary will use their ability more often than a rare would.

No matter the team, I will still probably manage to get a Ramon Sessions... I stopped counting his card at 17 about 2 weeks ago; got him numerous times since then, and twice already today.

No, this game might actually be GEIGHer

Cards battling each other is the commonality, but the difference is Pokemon had a LOT more variety and just general things to do in the game. lol

I'm most likely not going to get the rivals card. I am shooting for the legendary so Robinson destroys Howard so I'm going spurs. IRL tho has d Howard gotten a quad dub? I don't think so.

This game might actually have more virgins in it than Pokemon gamers when you think about it. 12 hours a day for 6 consecutive days to do well in Rivals...sure sounds like gamers who have no significant others to keep them in check with reality to me.
