Sorry for all the post Season Reward bashing. I guess there was a bit of a "knee jerk" reaction. Still salty, but still grinding and having fun. as well. I changed my App Store review back to 5 Stars. Thanks again.

Companies like Apple and Costco thrive because of strong products combined with solid customer service. You are stronger in the former than you are in the latter.
In the last week alone, you have lost two of your higher paying customers that we know of through this forum alone. I just think you are missing out on the opportunity that some of your more knowledgeable customers are giving you. And changes may be on the way, but how will we ever know that without some form of communication?
With someone like Smartmove (sp?), I would love it if he continued to play and, yes, pay. However, reading his comments it is clear he has his mind set and there is nothing I can say that will ever change his mind, so ya, I say cut my losses and leave him for a lost cause. You can beat your head on a wall, or have the wall fall on you so many times before you get the hint. I don't want to waste my time there, life is too short. It is like trying to have a political argument with someone, you will not change that person's mind.
I have explained the reasoning on why we made several changes with this last update. Some are not popular, I get that, but they are necessary for the overall health of the game. Others, we reevaluated and changed (raised Credits rewards, lowered minimums on Epics), and those are turning out to be good changes. If we listened to the customer, we would have changed everything within an hour of release, and you would all be sitting on HOF Pro cards screaming at us that the game sucked since there was nothing to do. Everyone wants things for free or as easy as possible until they get them. Then they realize they want more. Games are about the journey, not just about the destination. Enjoy the journey, and progression through the game.NWGameDad

I have a Nexus 5 using lollipop 5.1 and I'm having the exact same issue. And you can't say you guys don't know about it because I emailed you guys through the app explaining the issue. The response was just some canned response about rebooting my device. I've tried my device on multiple wifi networks and it will not work.
lastly when I switched to lollipop there was no issues, so please let us know what you can do to resolve this issue.IGN: bdub01

Although the attitude on the board is that they don't care about a 1000 Credits, that isn't being expressed by the larger group of players in the game. The credits are accomplishing the goal,which was to provide a means for free players to acquire Credits outside of the Daily VC Bonus and to add some currency to the overall economy to help the AH sales.
Any free player had all the means they wanted to start an empire...use your VC bonus...grind...sell your cards...rinse and repeat.
Please, just give us your justification for 30% over 20%, or 10%, etc...and let us deal with it...it will be so much easier.IGN: illmatic1

As you can tell, I am no customer service rep. I am a straight forward producer and game designer that has been making games for over 20 years now. I'm not here to tell you the customer is always right, because in games I learned long ago that isn't always the case. I come here to tell you, our most hardcore of players, more information about the game you all love to play, and I love to make. Sometimes that means you will not like what I have to say because, again, the gamer is not always right. Neither is the game designer and I will freely admit when I think I am wrong. I have made changes based on feedback from you all many times. I have also flat out told you that some things will not change. Sometimes I can tell you the reasons, sometimes I can't. The reasons could be bad business, it could be legal, it could be technical and fruitless to try to explain. Still I tell you what I can so you can enjoy the product more.

I didn't say "we" didn't know about it, I said "I" didn't know about it. I don't read the thousands of Feedback mails we get. There just isn't enough time in the day for me to do that. Now that I know about this issue, I will investigate it further since it sounds like a bug.
When you are on here and you say "I" don't know about the issue. I feel with you being the voice of CD that CD didn't know about the issue.

Agreed, honesty like this is so much more satisfying than any sugar-coating. That's why it's hard to understand this:

Secondly, ask yourself who has the Credits in your scenario. If we lower the tax more Credits simply go to the users that don't need them as much. They are selling free cards already and making Credits. Seasons provide free Credits to those that need them and hopefully expands the base of players shopping in the AH. Now I grant that Seasons may not be winnable by that type of player, and is something we need to address in the future. But in a roundabout way, those tanking in Seasons ae actually allowing poorer free players access to those Credits.
Beyond theory, there is the data, which of course I can see and you can't. Since the AH went live and the Season rewards were changed we did dramatically increase the number of players with Credits and those that we're spending them on the AH. So the actual numbers are showing a healthy economy. Could it be improved? Sure, the biggest problem is simply one of supply, because we give away so many free cards there is still too much supply. Something to be solved another day still.NWGameDad

I like the update! everyone gets a star past first round. 1st place could be better but I'm fine with it. everyone needs to understand if 3 cards are given out for 1st place. the AH would be flooded with 10 pages of the same cards on every team thus making sales non existent. and everyone will hit the end game in a matter of days. giving free cards in new mode RTTC then RC what else is there to complain lol. people sometimes want too much for free. keep up the good work NWgamedad! I don't typically post on here I mainly post on My NBA Mobile and I know on that site I haven't met person that is happy with the new rewards system. I don't speak for all but a majority of us are tanking the after the first rd.
I get you don't want to give out more cards like the old rewards. How about more credits? i.e. 2k for first, 1k for runner up, 500, 250 etc... Just a thought. Or how about a reward for the team that gets the #1 overall seed.
