I have leveled my card the right way but my stats are a point or two lower than someone else with the same card leveled. Why and how can I level my cards to obtain this hidden potential?

I have seen this before, when this happened to me I rest the game and it showed the correct score, not sure if this was the case here but that was my experience.

this is the worst bug ive faced, in the draft I picked a kobe epic and on the draft board this card showed instead, trying to view it crashed the game and no kobe card or this card seen after reset, I thereby label this card "The Doom Card"

I had the same bug today with a legendary Shawn Kemp :'(

Draft board and draft recap screen showed I drafted Wilt. I already have a wilt on my deck so this would of been my second but when I went to go check my cards I still only have one. I sent an email to the support link they have on the app hopefully I can get this fixed. It's a dirty glitch making u think ur about to have that legendary pro and then just take it away.

There is a bug we're actively working on where a rounding error occurs somewhere in the training sequence. This results in a small point difference between two max leveled cards. If you figure out the consistent way to get the higher number, please let us know.

Send the above to the Feedback link. We'll look into it. It's a bug, but basically you didn't get the card which is why it never makes it to your Collection, and why the card shows as already being leveled.

Your team is probably not deleted. You've probably ended up logging in with a different login than before, so it restarted your team. Just go to Options and tap "Logout of MyTeam". Then go into MyTeamMobile, you will be presented with the login options again. Login with your original account information and you'll have all your old cards again.
