    I lost a drafted D Rose (and some unrelevants cards) in the beginning of February due to many network errors and CatDaddy Games still didn't resolved my issue.
    I send many mails and received a response from CD Games asking me more information about "my lost".
    For 2 weeks now, no more response ...

    Twista, NWgamedad ... could you help me ?

        I've been setting up my LU to start a new season but everytime I exit the the LU screen and come back my Anthony Davis has lost energy somehow. I haven't actually started the season yet. I also had this happen a few seasons ago on a Raymond Felton card, except it was happening after every game even if he was inactive.

        This is my LU after exiting this screen and coming back. Swapping him out then back in fixes it until I leave the LU screen again. I don't want to start with him in case this happens after every game like with Felton.

          I switched him with Roy Hibbert and it's doing the same thing except Roy gets taken down to 10 energy whereas Davis was losing 24 energy.

            I don't even know why we bother posting in this thread, these support guys could care less about fixing our issues.. I've sent a handful of support emails and have yet to receive any type of response.. Some of the worse customer support I've encountered..

              I responded to you about 10 minutes ago. I have only 1 mail from you on March 7th. You may have been sending mails to Support, but they are slower to respond on the MyTeamMobile issues which may explain your delay. Support has a much easier time dealing with the MyGame side of things, Feedback we can deal with MyTeamMobile easier. Check my mail from today though and lets take this conversation to e-mail.

                That simply is not true. A part of what seems to be happening is you are sending mails to "Support" in game which goes to our 2K support group. They are not as familiar with MyTeamMobile and help mostly with MyGame issues. If you want MyTeamMobile support that is faster send it through Feedback. Be sure to put in a note about the issue. I haven't seen your mail come through yet about your purchase problem, so I am guessing you did not send it to Feedback.


                Now I grant you the name in our menus doesn't jive with what I have above. Something I'll look into addressing for our next update. In the meantime, make sure to send in Feedback and we will fix you up.

                    Could you at least acknowledge the bug that I described a page back? I have a pretty detailed report and would just like to know if you even read it. I bet comments like the one above wouldn't be made as often if you at least let us know with a simple "Thanks for your report. That sounds strange. We'll take a look.", especially when we see that you're actively replying to other peoples' posts.

                    Is there a temporary workaround to this bug? I know other people have reported similar occurrences in their seasons and haven't gotten much of a response either. I emailed using the feedback button as well.

                    Btw, I started the season anyways and now it's over and still no response. So understand that the part that "simply is not true" seems pretty damn true right now.

                      Use in-game feedback as NWGdad stated earlier.

                        I got the lower stats too, Sagg, even though I used multiple rare pros to upgrade the 3 separate cards. We grinded way too dang hard to get a card with 5-10 lower stats than others who earned the same card. (the spreadsheet shows defense of 640 and ball control of 669...and I have seen others post pics of even better stats)

                        It doesn't seem like a big deal to a lot of people, but when you have to go head-to-head with people in this tier, these few stats matter, and when you lose in overtime by 2 points, it means playing that many more quick games in the next rivals contest.

                        Please Fix The Rounding Error NWGD (CatDaddy)! And I don't mean fix it only for the next people, I mean fix it for those of us who already have cards that put us at a disadvantage with our direct competitors.

                              Just received an email back regarding the issues I was having in-game..safe to say the support tech that assisted me resolved my issues and then some! Nice to see that the team is actually hearing us out, even if it takes a little bitching here and there lol..my suggestion to everyone is to listen to what the guy said in previous posts about emailing the feedback link rather than support, it may take a few days but at least my issues got resolved..

                                I just wanted to let everyone know that if you're getting an error message that says "your account is being used by another device," you have not been hacked. We're investigating why this is occurring with a large frequency right now, but it is not because your account was hacked. I'll let you know as soon as we get find the problem and fix it.
