    Is there a plan B in place just in case the leader boards don't become current? If so when will it be implemented because at this rate a lot of players are going to think they finished in a certain tier and when they get their rewards it's going to be way off

      I did this and now I can't get back in it says servers unavailable.

        My phone had to do a manual update and since I'm getting network errors and log-in issues.

          Network Server issue yet again. I think at this point they just need to give everybody a special card or something. Ridiculous.

            I wanted to see if anyone has troubleshooting advice on being to log into the console part to this app. I have a ps3, with the game, and have been online in the game. Currently it just doesn't recognize my email and or password, even after resetting it. Thoughts.

            Edit: this has been happening for me since day 1, not just related to current outage

              Before you try logging into the mobile app, try logging in to the website, https://www.nba2k.com/. It sounds like you have the wrong e-mail or password. The easiest way to check is login to the website. If you can get in there then you know both are good. Then try and login to the mobile app. When you do, do NOT cut and paste either your login or password. That sometimes seems to cause a problem in the mobile app with certain Android keyboards for some reason. I think an extra space or return gets added by those keyboards. If that still doesn't work contact [email protected].

                  All you had to do was ask. ;-) Servers are up. The other good news is that we think we found the problem and have a more permanent solution ready to post up. The bad news is we have to take the servers down one more time to post the fix. We will be doing that at midnight tonight. Servers should be down for several hours.

                    This might sound like a stupid question, but I had the same issue and this was my problem. Do you have a MyPlayer set up in the console game? I did not and as soon as I created a MyPlayer/MyCareer I was good to go.

                      Is this like the fix you guys implemented earlier this week? Or like the season match making y'all implemented last week?

                        Yep...I've even purchased some bling and gear from the online store via the console game. I'm assuming there's nothing else I needed to do via console game.

                          Was able to log into site but still not app. A ticket was opened. Appreciate the quick response on this!

                          Edit: Not sure if this helps troubleshoot the issue but I when I follow the link for the support ticket and attempt to login, it denies my login on this page as well.

                            Lost my entire collection ,have seen a few people on main discussion thread also experiencing the same , have all my cards but all cards that I had gotten before are no longer there, any reason ?

                              I am in the exact same boat as you. My login and password work fine on the website but not in the app, resetting the password doesnt fix it either, just says login unsuccessful... tried everything, I have an account with 2k13 and 2k14 on xbox 360 and 2k14 on xbox one and all my stats show on the website. I am also waiting for replies from catdaddy via the feedback link and 2k via the support link.

                                I hope they plan on compensating us for all this server downtime.. I just tried logging in and kept getting network error..
