Hello, around 2 days ago I drafted a Legendary Bill Russell. But in a second, it said 'Network mainentenace.Please try again later.'I tried to login a few times.After 30 minutes I logged in.I directly went to 'Get Cards' session,and it gave me another two picks. I looked at my collection, the card wasn't there. Then I opened the two picks and it gave me nothing.Also I mailed it, no answer.Please help me.

It's quite possible that you're not logged into MyTeamMobile when you open the lottery. If you're not logged in, or if you don't tap to login once the Credits are shown to you, then you will lose the Credits and card for that day. We're looking into the exact repro steps, but it appears there are times when you're logged out of MyTeamMobile.NWGameDad

It's quite possible that you're not logged into MyTeamMobile when you open the lottery. If you're not logged in, or if you don't tap to login once the Credits are shown to you, then you will lose the Credits and card for that day. We're looking into the exact repro steps, but it appears there are times when you're logged out of MyTeamMobile.
I take care to login to MyTeamMobile beforehand, and this cannot be the case as I have received credits each time.Comment

Anytime I reach the maximum number of cards and I go into my Collection to train something, the first time I try to train a card the game immediately crashes. When I load the game back up and try again it usually works, but it's quite frustrating considering I have to reconcile these cards every 20-30 minutes or so going through so many crashes.
Is the idea of increasing the maximum cards on hand from 100 to 250 at all a possibility? The Collection part of the game is what is fun for me, so I don't like to get rid of a card until it and its pro counterpart have been acquired, which means right now I'm sitting on 77 cards that I can't do anything with until I unlock their pro counterpart. Because of that, I can only acquire 23 cards at a time before going through this process of training/crashing/rebooting/training.
Of course, I would only be at 50-55 cards that I'm waiting on their pro counterpart had my collection not been wiped clean the other week...Comment

I received the credits just not the card plus I was logged in the myteam side of the app then hit home and went to the daily lotto. Are we going to be getting the cards we lost back?

Also, many of who have the goal of completing the card catalog probably have the same struggle as me where there isn't enough space in our card collections to hold all the cards we want, and the ones we want to pro. I appreciate your responses and not to be annoying but, when will the next maintenance be scheduled? I have exactly 1 slot left in my card catalog and don't want to delete anything just in case my new cards disappear when you return my catalog back to normal.

We don't have a planned maintenance until next week after the event. Sorry, I but I would not expect it to be fixed before then.NWGameDad

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I was playing RC and for some reason my rank come up as UNRANKED then when it came back about a minute later I had dropped rank a few places. I'm new to the game, about a week and a half deep, so I don't know what happened or why I was dropped.
No biggie really just thought I would ask. Just means I have to thrash it a little bit more.

There has been ongoing issues with the leaderboards which CD are aware of so I wouldn't worry too much. If it persists I'd email support through the app
