    You don't get a free card for moving to a + tier. You have to go completely up one level: from rare to super rare, super rare to ultra rare, ultra rare to epic, epic to legendary...only then do you get a free card.

      Well that sucks. They should add a remove option in that game mode.

        An offense boost (the orange one for the season play) disappeared. I had 3 out of 5 yesterday. Today, I noticed that I only have 2 out of 5 even though I did not use any boosts in season play.

          I had also accidentally trained away my UR card by clicking too fast. I had dropped a mail to the feedback email about 4 days ago but have yet to receive a response. Would you be able to advise if that is feedback ticket you are referring to above is referring to the email?

            What's up with boosts just automatically disappearing? I had 4 offensive boosts then in a matter of 1 game I now have 1. I didn't even activate it.

            EDIT: I now have 4 again. Don't know if they were given back or just a glitch.


            And now they have gone again. Sort it out.

              While I'm on about boosts.....

              I just finished my semi final in 4, my opponent in the other bracket is going to a 5th game so I decide to re energize and use all boosts because we are both evenly matched. His game 5 starts and I notice my boosts activate even though I'm not playing. Wth? Just so happens it was my last offensive boost as mentioned in my previous post.

              Shot bro.

                  I had 5/5 offensive boosts (the orange ones). I didn't use any. But now, it's showing that I only have 2/5 boosts.

                    I think I am starting to get upset on this "network error" and always wiating on network message, I am only on my second season but what a waste of time waiting on this network error

                      hi,

                      i've been having problems downloading the new update. i downloaded the update on Google Play and now im downloading the required assets, i've been getting errors saying, "unable to download required assets [1]"

                      anyone getting the same errors?

                        Season Boosts are really buggy.

                        when you tap the boosts it activates them, but when you leave the manage season screen and go back in, the boosts are gone. Then you go back and tap them again and it removes 2 boots! when this happens boosts don't even take effect at all in the next game.

                              Well just had a very annoying bug!

                              Drafted my first legendary on the board today (except my freebie) and somehow it doesn't show up in my hand. Luckily I took a screenshot of it...
                              Weirdly the others cards drafted are here...

                              It's a Joe Dumars which would dupe the one I already have (got the first one from winning a season or a pack, can't remember). Sent an email through the feedback of the game but not sure it's the right adress...
                              It doesn't seem to be dedicated to technical support, but more for general feedbacks...

                              I Would love an aswer and someone fixing that issue for me thanks in advance.

                                I recently traded in three 500 vc cards for 3k vc and have yet to receive it. At first I thought it would take a minute to sync, but it never did. I got the daily 500 from playing the games just fine though.
