This worked for me. I started nba2k15 and opened my career Mode. A little splash Screen came up "updating myplayer Account". Once that screen disapeared i hab no trouble logging into 2k Account on my nba2k15...

As of 5hours ago, I was able to login to my Nba2k15 account on the mobile app

Still having problems logging in. I emailed through the "Feedback" button on the app. I received a reply stating that the problem has been fixed and that I will receive my reward cards. WTF?! What the hell are they talking about? My email specifically stated the problems about logging in.

Needless to say, customer support for this app is a complete joke.

Just got this in response to my in-app feedback. At least they know about it.

"Hello,

There currently is an issue connecting with the 2k servers. We are currently investigating into this issue. Sorry about any inconvenience thanks for your patience."

I have all 5 boosts but I keep getting boosts. Is this a known bug?

Also what are the rules on this forum before I can post a new thread or add attachment? (Sorry n00b question)

First of all, I love the game this year. However, since the last server maintenance on Sunday/Monday I am having a nuisance problem.

On my Samsung Galaxy S4, I am getting a grey box with a black bar across the middle of the screen that says "Loading" before I get the "Tap to Play" first screen. I have to wait about 5-10 seconds for an x to appear in the upper right corner, or I wouldn't be able to exit from that grey box. Then, after hitting "Tap to play", I get the same grey box and have to wait another 5-10 seconds to hit the x. I call this a nuisance because it rarely happens once I am logged in, but when I sometimes only have 3-5 minutes to play a couple of quick games in between meetings at work, this longer time to get the game started has cut into my available gaming time. Just wondering if others have experienced this in the past few days.

Same, was curious if it was just me or not as well. I let it 'load' for 20 minutes while keeping the game active late last night just to see if it was maybe a video file taht needed a long time to load and nothing ever came up.

It came up once for me and it looks like it is an ad for the WWE Superstar game which is also by Cat Daddy. I just dismiss it when the X shows up. Oddly, it only shows up on my android device, not iOS.

Don't know if this is a bug or what, but the support card for season mode seems to have messed up times it's played.


Lets say I have a +5 all stats card, and a +15 defense card. The stat required for one matchup is defense + rebounding or something, and suddenly the +5 all stats card is the one that's played? How does that make sense? Cause the +15 defense card contributes to this matchup much more than the + all stats card.

The bigger problem is DEF & ATH support getting played in REB & PM set where it doesn't contribute at all.

Bug on the IPad version of the game:

Even though the hot streak option is selected for use, it only registers use of the streak on a 50/50 basis. This issue does not occur on the iPhone version at all.

I can log in now but my MyCareer info shows up but there's no picture of MyPlayer and his first name is Slater 4 some reason?
