That's all good until you remember that we'll end up having lost almost 3 weeks of going for loyalty points at a time when they're basically being given out like candy during events.

Re: Bug Report/Support
The data on the account is safe. Although you can't login from the client, we still have all the data of the accounts stored on our servers. You'll get your Loyalty Rewards on the 8th based on what is in the account.
We're still working with Sony to figure out what changed and how to fix it. I know this is taking a bit, but it's an undocumented change we think in the SDK that we're dealing with and we're just trying to get the right info from Sony to make a fix.
If it's the last option, there is nothing to do? I will miss the loyalty rewards from stage 2?
Thank you again for your time.Comment

Re: Bug Report/Support
so the data you will have from my account will be the one stored before PSN crashed?? I can still play login in with facebook and I'm trying really hard to get to second stage (and I will after this last RC). so what are you telling me? that you will have the data actualized on 8th, or just the old data (the one i got before i loged out PSN)
If it's the last option, there is nothing to do? I will miss the loyalty rewards from stage 2?

If your *only* login was PSN then obviously your deck isn't progressing while you can't login, but the data is secure from the point where you last successfully logged in.NWGameDad

Re: Bug Report/Support
I understand your question now. If you are logging in with multiple logins (Facebook, Game Center, PSN, etc.) then you are still making progress on your game account if you are logged in with any of them. The inability to login with PSN doesn't hurt you at all. Game account progress is not dependent on your login if those logins were already all tied together (which they are simply by logging into them at the same time just once).
If your *only* login was PSN then obviously your deck isn't progressing while you can't login, but the data is secure from the point where you last successfully logged in.
sorry for asking so much, but as you can understand, it's important for me to be sure and safe.Comment

Re: Bug Report/Support
Ok, i understand! but how can I be 100% sure that my logins are tied together (the PSN with the facebook which with i'm playing these last days)? it's as simple as if i am playing with my own cards (while connected with facebook) the 2 logins are tied?

You could test this if the PSN login was working by going to Options then Logging Out. Then logging back in with only one login and logging out again, and finally logging in with the other login. When you did that if you deck was identical each time then the two logins were tied to the same account.NWGameDad

Re: Bug Report/Support
If you're logged in with just Facebook right now, because PSN isn't allowing you to login, and you still have the same deck then you know the logins are tied together already.

thank you very much for asnwering my doubts!Comment

Re: Bug Report/Support
Please an answer for those who are unsafe, for example:
I have 5 options for signing in MYNBA2K15 app:
1. PSN - main e-mail address, one deck (PLAYOFF) with player account named as in my career mode MyNba2K15, cca 10000 games in app
2. XBOX - dont have
3. STEAM - dont have
4. FACEBOOK - second e-mail address, almost never using Facebook, second deck (RARE) opened after the problem cca 50 games/app
5. GOOGLE+ - third e-mail address, rarely used, third deck (RARE) opened after the problem, cca 100 games/app
As You can see, I was only playing via PSN and my main account is broken for almost two weeks. Just cant play with my cards because of the broken link.
Everything else with PSN is fine so...
Reporting that problem on main addresses on forums but nothing helps...
Waiting...Loading...

Re: Bug Report/Support
We have been working with Sony to get the Android login problem fixed. It looks like they fixed the problem today, our engineers haven't confirmed yet just because it is a holiday, but it looks like it is working again. If you can't login with PSN on Android still, please let us know here.NWGameDad

Xbox Live was having an issue. Microsoft must have got the service back up. It wasn't something we control at all, and apparently hit the XBL service across all games.NWGameDad
