    i juss purchased 30 worth of coins and 2.5k worth of coins dissapeared after i bought 600.. anyone help

      for some reason I am not accumulating any VC on the app and it doesn't show up on the game either. I have tried uninstalling and reinstall and that didn't work at all either...I have completed a couple goals and the daily picks that all gave me vc but still show a balance of 0...

        My season is glitched. Says its finished but the standings and schedule are a placeholder page with no real teams listed. Won't let me claim rewards to get out of it. It is NOT the tutorial season I already got my common from that.

            I bought the extras pack for 5000 rp and I got this great pack....


            The 5000 rp were gone and the pack was empty

              Made two bids for a Tom heinsohn, lost both bids, each bid's RP was taken from me and never returned. So when i fwas first outbid that bid's RP was never returned and then my 2nd bid was taken too, so not only did I loser the auction but I paid twice for the privilege!!

                Hi @nwgamedad. Like the new game so far. Great job on the new parts of the game.

                There is one bug that annoys me- that you can't see in a season who actually won the quarter. Could you fix that with a future update? That would be great!

                  Does anyone know why I can't login with my tablet, but can on my phone? I get stuck at downloading required assets on my tablet.

                    I havent been able to log in for about 12 hours now. i keep getting error codes. error 7-0 and error 4-0 and the classic waiting on network. i have tried deleting and installing again but that havent worked. is anyone else having this problem?

                      2k16 - I played a quick game and lost the first quarter. The game ended showing I lost immediately after the first quarter! No 2/3/4 quarters...

                        Also my auction house watch list keeps getting reset. Very frustrating. Is it supposed to reset every time you close the app?

                          I bid 10000 rp in the auction house and was outbid, but have not received my rp back. Is there a delay in receiving your rp back after a bid? I used mynba2k15 and in that game you received your rp back immediately.

                            It may take a few minutes for the RP to come back via Auction Outcomes. If it is taking longer, then close and reboot the app and check Auction Outcomes again. That should fix it.

                              What are you logging into the console and app with? Steam, Xbox Live, or PSN? Are you sure you're logged into both app and console with the same login? On the console, are you sure you're not playing in offline mode? What color is the VC coin you see in the console? It should be yellow if you're connected, and gray if not.

                                This is related to a bug on the AH, which will be fixed this afternoon with our server maintenance. Basically, if you bought a card on the AH, when you claimed the card, the amount you paid for the card visually appears to be added to your RP total. The server has your proper RP amount still saved, but the client thinks you have more RP than you really do. So if you go to Get Cards and attempt to buy a pack with the fake RP, it bypasses our client check to see if you have enough currency, but the server rejects the purchase since it knows you don't have enough. At that point, the client then just shows you the empty pack like you see above.


                                The easiest "fix" for now is to just Quick Sell a Common card after you collect cards from AH purchases. This will update your RP to the proper value. This bug will be fixed with our 3pm maintenance today though too.
