    So I've been playing mynba2k for two years, A LOT, wasting my time.
    Now all of a sudden I couldnt log in anymore. Account blocked. Also the 10-200 Error shown.
    contacted the support, got a quick response.
    They claim I've violated the rules aka cheated. Which is absolutely not the case. I've just played a lot and they simply block my account. wow. what a

    horrible way to treat people that invest so much time in this simple game.
    Probably nothing I can do about it.

    has anyone else experienced this?

      MEE TOOOO!!

      I play to the MyNBA2K 14,15 & 16 but now my account is blocked for the same error.

      I don`t use any trick but the support don`t read any email.
      I delete the game 2 week ago

          Same here. My account got locked with 10-200 error. I admit I really like playing the game and spent a lot of time during RC and season, getting banned and not getting response from support is totally wrong. @catdaddy you need to take action on this.

            I've checked the goals and the only one that crashed the game for italian users is "position matters".
            so if the app crash when opening goal buttons
            close the game, switch to english language and complete "position matters" goal (it usually takes few minutes if you are in a competition) and then switch back to italian

              so they just accuse people of cheating because they play fast without paying real dollars (like me)
              I wouldnt even know how to bot, speedup, hack or anything. they probably have a protocol where they see that someone plays a lot, then ban him just like that. dont have any other explanation because i havent cheated and they wont tell you one.

              that's a problem, fellow players

                  When this happened to me before, it was due to me having too many cards queued in "Auctions Outcome" tab. Weird bug, but it is what it is. Hope this helps!

                    I have also just had the same problem as you this morning after 15 minutes of party. Error 10-200. I does not really understand why, I sent a ticket, I hope to have an answer. I am not a hacker. My only fault is can be to play too long?

                      lol I just got banned after playing RC for an hour straight. Not sure what the reasoning for it could be. I guess I just played too quickly? ...

                        My game is crashing now.. was just playing earlier today. Running the newest iOS on a 6 plus. Tried rebooting my phone already. The game will crash 100% of the time when attempting to login. Super frustrating during RC.

                          Can't start app anymore on Amazon Fire. It says it needs an update, but there is no update on the app store. uninstalling and reinstalling did not help.

                              Really glad it's not just me. Feel terrible for my team.. we were absolutely grinding too.

                              Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. no dice. Definitely a CD issue.

                                I can't access my google account, which is the one i use. But I can get on using a facebook account i made when my google account stopped working. Whenever I open the app it says there's an error and closes the app.

                                Why??
