    Downloaded mynba2k16 app yesterday and I can not log in with my PS4 info. Once I click on the PS4 login button I get the spinning circle and that is it. On the very rare occasion that I get to the login screen it won't log in.

      Well I finally got in just a little bit ago, but now it tells me that the companion app is only for people that have played NBA 2K16 and I look on the playstation website to make sure I'm not missing something and it shows that I have played it. Is there something that I'm missing?

        I've had an open ticket regarding the MyBIDS screen almost since I began playing this game. My bids are always showing at least 4/5 are taken up, even though I have no bids out at the moment. I've managed to work around this problem before, but now that there are two cards I want on Skybox, I would really like it taken care of before the auctions end. Please fix it, CatDaddy!

          We are actively trying to track down this bug. I doubt we will have a fix for you prior to the end of the current Skybox auctions, but send in a Feedback with details of what you're experiencing so we can look at your account.

              Aaaand, Cash Daddy disappoints once again. Seriously, Danan, the utter lethargy your customer service shows is despicable. If you aren't able to edit a single account to fix a number stored in your db, then your programmers are doing something wrong.

                  I have been able to log on, but every other action causes a 4-200 network error. Any fixes coming? Kind of a bummer when I have a bunch of HS and planned on grinding RC.

                      I'm have this bug where I play quick games and get 0 draft picks, the game skips the draft board. It seems to trigger when I get close to filling up my deck, but once I empty the deck, the problem persists.

                      I am really concerned on losing out on a whole lot of draft picks for this RTTC. Please advise...

                        Check your Auction Outcomes and clear that out. You're getting this for being over the card limit.

                            Hey,

                            I posted a Star support card in the auction house and about 30 mins later it had disappeared; not making in the outcomes and nothing in the listings.

                            I've also noticed that there are no other star support cards in the auction house at the moment which seems unusual.

                            I've sent a message through the app support also. Any help would be appreciated.

                              Unfortunately, it was a bug introduced during server maintenance this week. Right now you can't post any non-player card the auction house. We have a fix for it, and will deploy the fix in the next server update next week. We didn't want server maintenance during RttC, it throws everyone's schedule off.
