Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
It may take over night, but as it stands right now I am done with this game. Guess that will be the luckiest day of my girlfriend, as she never understood how I could only tap on a stupid screen.
It is really out of my mind, how blindfolded a company could be. 2k and CD have proven that they don´t listen to the customer, they only care about $. What is somehow understandable as long as there is a balance.
But in my opinion the limit is exceeded with this update.
And the comments from NWGameDad make it even more worse. Gonna watch soccer and go to bed afterwards. Let´s see how the world looks tomorrow. But if it is still the same, I will quitComment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
Also the new season rewards are pure bull****! Getting 30 (!!!) credits instead of a legendary card for the finals reward in legendary seasons is an insult to the players!Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
At the very least, they should get rid of the listing fee for UNSOLD cards. No real problem with a tax fee on sold cards, but if they really want people to take part in Auction House more, don't scare them away by having listing fees.
I mean who is gonna want to list their card when there's a chance they might not sell it and then end up LOSING credits because nobody wanted to buy it? If there wasn't any sort of listing fee, people would be more active on Auction House.Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
Less cards for season rewards, double the minimums in AH, give a crappy 400 credits for a season win....
Awesome update.... I mean totally awesome.
No interest in seasons anymore, AH is now unapproachable with the ridiculous BINs, RC rewards are not worth the time needed...
No reason to continue playing this game... How could you guys have f*cked this game do much?Bring Romar back!!!Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
I was going to sell my $50,000 Cadillac but it might not sell so I will take $4,000 instead, cause cash is cash, right?
I was 3 hours away from winning 2 Legendaries in my season...if it is less than that now, I am done.
I believe the Apple store is required to refund $ to people if the game developers change/alter the way the game is played if you have paid $$$ into the game. I will do everything I can to get my $$$ back and move on to something else.
I am blown away at who the d*mb*ss is that looked at this idea and said " yea, that sounds good. They will enjoy this decision"
I'm going to look into that now. I've spent too much money thru iTunes to get bent over this much without even so much as n apology.

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
You still win a top card, and even people that pay, Credits are still valuable. You can spend them on listing cards in the AH, you can buy cards from the AH, you can buy packs, you can spend them on Hot Streaks, etc. Credits are always valuable regardless of who you are.
Your execution of said features dilutes the rewards ends up being your choice how you execute them. The perceived value or diluted value of this reward doesn't cater to the top players. You can apply any type of marketing spin and that is your rationale that you use for the justification. In reality, the 400 credits doesn't even offset the credits required for a manager. When I pay $400 USD for credits and I have no reservations in doing so, the 400 credits for 5 days required for a season is truly a rounding error.
The best option would have been to enable me with a choice where I select to earn credits or rewards. I understand that you would need an interface for that. But I never would have selected an option for credits in lieu of a card.
I love the game and the features, I appreciate the features that you and your teams continue to bring to the platform. I was an apologist for the 30% tax which I understand. I understand your posture and your position on the 400 credits which is a bitter pill to all of the exciting features and enhancements that you have added. I will ask for you to reconsider only maintaining the current feature of the rewards. It doesn't require any additional development. I know that you can't make an immediate change but please consider that you gain more equity by reverting to the previous system.
I would also encourage you to create an advisory board for features like this.Comment

Re: Update 6 Release Notes - March 18th
Bait and Switch confirmed on the Season I'm currently in. Going forward with complaint forms. If they don't result in CD/2K making me whole, will file in small claims court.
You screwed up CD when you thought you could take money from people and promise one thing and then change what you give them after you have the money. That is flat out illegal, and is equivalent to stealing.
I don't like being stolen from. On the few occasions it has happened to me in the past it was someone breaking into my car and ripping off my hidden sunglasses or my high end blu-ray player / GPS / MP3 / ETC stereo and I had no way of knowing who had done it or any way to let out the rage it inspired.
You've conveniently admitted your theft in public and I cannot possibly be the only one who will go after you for it on principle.QG Tier: Legendary++

Finally, consider paying the small fee and filling out the paperwork to bring a claim in small claims court.
They only think they can get away with this because they assume we'll be apathetic and just take it.QG Tier: Legendary++
