Re: Your GPUs?
Ok I am running;
4.0 GHZ intel 4790K
16gb DDR3 2400hz RAM
Nvidia GTX-980
Game works perfectly for the most part. I have what I believe 23 was referring to as "MS paint hair" haha...... if that is a fuzziness? It's noticeable on Derrick Rose (as I use the Bulls) which annoys me slightly......
Slight stuttering after baskets..... maybe 3-5 times per game. Weird inconsistent stutter issue which is hard to diagnose.....
Any thoughts guys?Comment

Re: Your GPUs?
Can you elaborate further on what you mean?
If you mean Windows User Administrator, I already am. So I just want to confirm.Comment

Re: Your GPUs?
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
Processor: Intel i5 , 750 @ 2.66 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4850, 512 MB
It's obviously not a setup that's gonna allow me to max out, but i'm just happy i can even run the game. I'll probably get more time in with MyGM mode anyway. At any rate, the game runs reasonably smooth for me when i do the following things: Display resolution: 1920x1080 (this is MUCH smoother than my usual 2560x1440 for whatever reason), windows mode: on, Antialiasing level: 2, Vsync: off, Aspect ratio correction: on, Texture detail level: medium, Player detail level: high (can't bring myself to lower it!), crowd detail level: low, special effects: off , shader detail level: low
If anybody has any performance tips for low-medium end users i'd be very grateful!!Comment

Re: Your GPUs?
I'm running a PNY GTX 750 1GB and have details maxed except for AA. i'm keeping that at 1 because I don't really need it. Getting solid 60fps. I turned vsync off and fps went to 80-90 but dipped down to 30's a lot. I cut it back on and fps is smooth and constant 60's. Overclocking the GPU gives even better fps with vsync off.Comment

Re: Your GPUs?
So in Windows 7+ etc, even if you are an Administrator user, by default most programs won't run 'as Administrator' for security reasons. But if you force 2K15 to run as admin, it seems to help performance.Comment

Re: Your GPUs?
Sure, it's rendering a game at a higher resolution than your monitor which then scales it down. It produces a beautiful clean image, the best kind of AA in my mind. Just google "neogaf downsampling" and you'll find a helpful guide. I'm pretty sure it only works on nvidia 600 series and above though..Comment

Re: Your GPUs?
I'm curious - why Xeon? From what I recall, there used to be little point in them outside of servers (and even then it was arguable a desktop Intel would be fine in most servers; it always seemed a bit arbitrary to me).Comment

Re: Your GPUs?
Ok thanks for that. I will have a look and try it out.....Comment
