If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :) -
Re: IGN's New Interview
Honestly I was holding off on Graphics and anitmations until I could see some gameplay footage.... but purely basing it off of the presentation and the use of the ESPN license it pisses me off that EA focuses thier energy on crap no one cares about.
Point blank I would rather them not use the ESPN stuff at all if the only thing they could come up with was this bull. EA seems to have just given up in the presentation department.Comment

Its always stop picking away at VC. Who cares if the floors are made out of pirate planks. VC has the best graphics everOriginally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.

Originally posted by jmood88Well people think it's different when you talk about "pirate planks"(which was hyperbole anyway) and the calves of a player than when you talk about gameplay problems.
The only thing is, we haven't seen many gameplay videos yet.
When a screenshot pic is put up, thats what the discussion is about.
Gameplay wise, both games have issues, and 2k games always have far more bugs. Let alone their dunks not being situational one iota.
The things mentioned in this interview sound nothing like a game ruining feature. As opposed to Everyone including earl boykins doing shaq's power dunkComment

Re: IGN's New Interview
At least I know 2k is remotely listening to us... they have people representing thier product in the forums all the time. I have yet to see a EA person out right come in here and answer questions explain reasons for the direction EA is taking thier piss poor presentation in all thier sports games. I just want them to know that gamers dont want this crap... we want EA to attempt to fool us into believing we are watching a TV broadcast.Comment

Dont get me wrong... I am not saying I know for sure that the EA will drop the ball again, but sometimes I wish 2k sports never existed because I could be satisfied with EA's attempts because I would no idea of how much the envelope could be pushed.Comment

Originally posted by jmood88See saying stuff like that is why people don't like when you complain about things. Earl Boykins has never done a dunk like that in 2k6 but people like you bring up examples like that when they aren't true and then wonder why people don't like when they say something.
If the shoe fits wear it. Players who shouldnt even dunk can do Shaq's turnaround dunk which is unstoppable.
I spanked a VC employee online with Jimmy Jackson who was doing shaq's dunks , and just dunking on him driving to the hole. Things as such should never be in the game.Comment

Re: IGN's New Interview
I dont care what people think. You can ask that VC employee why Jimmy Jackson was playing like ORL Penny Hardaway on him
EA is making something we see happen in games. Top tier players make exciting moves when momentum is high in games.
In 2K,well, show me what Kobe can do, and I'll match it with JJComment
