Re: Ask the devs a question

I know you can't come right out and say if you'll have unrestricted season play at this point. Just trying to put it on you guys' minds man. All in good respects.

Re: Ask the devs a question

I think you answered your own question. Yeah, Live have more dribbling moves, maybe even too much. And add in the fact that it isn't all that hard to "master" quick strike moves, people started abusing that and both online as well as offline games could easily be turned into a scoring-fest or a one-man show. I guess Kobe/LeBron fans dig this kinda system cause it gives them even more options to cheese, but last time I checked bball was a team sport. I think Live put too much emphasis on the dribbling (not saying they did it on purpose) when 2k kinda bleded that segment of the game in the movement. But that's just my opinion.
Hope you understand what I'm trying to say. Last edited by peri; 06-22-2009, 02:42 AM. Last edited by peri; 06-22-2009, 02:42 AM.Comment

Re: Ask the devs a question

It's not my problem if you having hard time to stop people who master a way to dribble last time I checked kobe HAS EVEN MORE MOVES than in live 2009, and it's nice to remind me bb is a team game is doesn't change the fact the in crunch time MOST of the team turn into a 1 man show wade, lebron, kobe, sometimes pierce, and a lotS more, anyway if your point is add less moves cuz it's sport team then you better stop watching the nba cuz it's the most spectacular league and there is a reason=> becuz players don't always play teamball for example kobe beating his guy and the help with some behind the back, and spin in the air, AI and his sick cross over moveon mj, mj and his skills and athletism did he play team ball when was putting 35 a game? Does kobe play team ball each time he iso(a lot)? I don't think so!!!!(ala bryant in the puppet ad )I think you answered your own question. Yeah, Live have more dribbling moves, maybe even too much. So here is my point even me I use A LOT OF MOVES (I mean in a league not in street) when I need to beat my guy I use an arsenal I mastered trough the time so what's the point of asking live to put less moves in the game? If I do doesn't each good players nba have tons of moves to beat their guys too? In fact there are not enough move in nba live the only problem is that players are magnetic and the result is that it's so easy to beat some someone who glues you in D (in real life). You're misunderstanding defensive ability and the fact that's we have access to a lot of moves this is bb man, the only problem in live 2009 is that we can't choose if we want to glue a player so he can't shoot, or leave a little distance so he doesn't burn us easily Last edited by thesniper321; 06-22-2009, 02:11 PM. Re: Ask the devs a question

Hidden moves - Will there be a video tutorial like you once did with Marve Albert and Kerr where they show you which way to move sticks to pull off moves?

I want to see moves in every situation, on the run, post etc...

I'm tired of playing NBA games where I don't know all the moves the game has.Comment
