record books
hall of fame
retired jerseys
milestones
cumulative player/team awards

?

Are you improving the DNA feature, like making it work better, as I have many DNA problems in 09 such as Kobe/James not driving the ball, people like Allen not shooting threes, etc. and it infuriates me.

Oh, and there is this one animation in 09 where if you are guarding someone in that Lock Down D mechanic, you will sometimes push them from side to side, I'll see if I can find a vid, is that being removed as it really hampered driving.

Beluba,

Have you guys looked into some type of auto setting for player rotations for example: Can we set a fixed rotation by minutes per game ??? Basically setting my roster of 12 active players with a certain amount of minutes per game I want them to play ?? (of course taking foul trouble/injuries into account, where if a player is in foul trouble, he wouldnt get all of the play time given)

I like to get my bench involved and I would like to be able to allow a certain number of minutes per game for all my players.

I believe brought this to your attention months ago. DId you guys get a chance to put any work into this area ??

I know the gameplay will be nothing less than great all I am worried about is the animations. Player models , player awareness and the overall difference in feel of the players.

Yeah... I didn't like that either. We've changed our onball defense significantly for Live 10. It will feel much less sucky (no pun intended) and more accurately reflect the 1-on-1 play of real life basketball.

will it also incorporate team defensive play, like how the spurs force people to the baseline, when teams play a great one on one player how they over load one side and are dependant on rotations and help d?

basically "shading" that actually works and other defensive components that were in inside drive (although they didnt work all the way)

Haval, there are a number of cool things you can do as a perimeter player in Live 10 but I'm not ready to go into details on them just yet. You'll be happy to know that not a single dribble move animation is being kept from Live 09 and yes, there will be plenty of variety in the system.

"And the other one is will you guys bring back the hop-step, side-hop, and bring along the Euro Step this year. I was very disappointed because when I play basketball, my favorite moves to do are the hop-step, side-hop, and the Euro Step. Also one last piece, can you guys put it all back on the Y Button, it feels very natural, an example for you guys. Press the Y Button once and you get a hop-step, move left or right and Y equals side-hop, and press Y Button twice does the Euro Step."

You guys haven't seen the video where at Christmas this white boy gets this present and he starts screaming and jumping around about how happy he is...Well I said that because I am very happy about the new animations and etc. for the dribbling system. You have to watch the video to understand the meaning of it more.

Can any of the developers please respond to my question about whether PS3 owners will have at least 1080i support for those with 1080i only HDTVs? I've offered the question a few times now in this thread but have yet to get an answer. If your silence has to do with the fact that this is a question you cannot answer at this time then I will understand, but please at least TELL me that you can't answer the question instead of leaving me out on an island.

I'm not trying to be inconsiderate and I'm not angry, but this question is very important to me and some other fellow PS3 owners who are in my same position. We'd very much appreciate if one of the developers would put this issue to rest, or at least tell us that you can't answer the particular question at this time.

It's too early for us to tell NumberOne. We'll keep you updated.
