Well we know the PS4 is dropping November 15th, 2013, and NBA Live is a launch title. So within the next two months I'd say.

well football's coming out hockey and soccer so yeah very soon September we should be Seeing gameplay all month of September for nba live 14.

Not that it even matters in this thread/forum, but I think they won't show much until they start selling the current gen version. They probably want to sell as many PS3/360 units as possible before starting the real marketing for next-gen.

Live has only next-gen to sell, but as other have said, it'll will probably have to wait for their football and hockey games.

Elite they gave us a demo (still have it). Live 13 they released 5vs5. They will show 5vs5 for Live 14 at the end of the summer.

I don't understand why people complain about 5v5 when they have showed it to us each time.

Yes I know. Live 14 is a next gen game. They are competing with 2K on next gen consoles. He can't say 2K showed us a decent amount of current gen gameplay and use that against Live when Live isn't competing with 2K in that aspect. We have seen pretty much nothing from either company for next gen. And I don't buy the 2K has proven themselves talk because if 2K14 is nothing more than a port with better graphics for next gen I will be very disappointed. I wanna see breakthrough gameplay from 2K.

But he has a point. Its not fair to compare the marketing of Live to old gen 2k. When VC starts showing next gen, then the comparisons can be made.

I think this thread is definitely valid.... Live have been quiet for a while..... meanwhile we keep getting these playtest sessions as news.....

The playtests tell me there is some doubt about things on their part..... and they want to keep seeing what peoples reactions are to things before they move forward.....

One can't help but think about when NBA Live 13 came out with OKC v Heat gameplay (and then later canned the game)..... until we see anything, you'd have to assume guilty until proven innocent......
