Deuce,
I was wondering if they toned down/eliminated/provided a slider for the speed of the passing. (Because Live 2004 had "baseball speed" passes).Comment

How did you guys enjoy the EA Headquarters?
I love the big screen they have showing off the games behind the main security desk when you walk in. Also I like it how they hang huge banners of their games and they have a nice sized soccer field right outside!Comment

Sorry, didn't check out any of the sliders for this upcoming year and we didn't talk much about the sliders with the producers. The guys over there were great and kept asking us if we had any questions at all, but I guess I went blank. Now that I look back on it, there were a few questions I wish I could've asked.
The only thing I can tell you about the passing, is that they got rid of the over head jump passes that you would always see in last years version. I saw it once in the games I played, and that was only because I was being trapped at half court. I didn't think the passes in last years version were too fast, so I wasn't really looking for pass speed while I played.
Passing in 2005 are now usuall passes you will see in any NBA game. Bounce passes, lobs, bullet passes etc..... A huge improvement over last years game.Comment

Off the hook. A huge gym for all EA employees, arcades in the cafeteria, a friggin library with every videogame imaginable that can be rented out by any EA employee just like a book library. Everyone there was really cool and seemed very down to earth.
BTW, the soccer field is now being turned into a parking lot.Comment
