Damn guys, I don't know what to say. We all clearly have different playing styles so obviously it would be nice if we had Sliders or the option to edit. Unfortunately no word on if that will be possible this year! I sure hope they will do everything in their power to bring this wish to reality! This must be respected.
Now that I have said this, and I'm shocked with what I'm about to say (keep in mind I created a thread and came up with defensive settings in order to find more balance in user and cpu scoring post 2nd patch) however, after my 3rd game in Dynasty mode I'm excited again with default settings on Superstar ( not quite there in terms of cpu being able to hit as much shots as with my settings but close and overall defense I like better with default settings now). The game played so well I had to in fact double check to make sure I was not playing on All Star or using my modified defensive settings! I hit all kinds of shots, specifically mid range shots with or without screens ( your players feet must be set and shot motion good) at ok or fairly realistic rates. The Cpu appeared to do the same!
Superstars are standing out much better. Last game Paul George almost single handedly led the Pacers to a win. Bad news, late game AI is still absent, even with accelerated clock turned off! This really needs to be addressed!
Otherwise, I would say they should continue with tweaks and such but I'm shocked with how the game is playing now. The question is exactly when did these changes take place? I still feel something was done with gameplay today as a continuation of their efforts to correcting their " over correction ".
Will continue to play and provide observations!
