I really hope the rumors that this could possibly get patched in are true. Because 2K18's create a player system is so bad that if Live had any roster editing I would be buying Live over 2K 100%.

Re: No Roster Editing in NBA Live 18
Yeah 2k took out way too much of the myplayer creation, Live will definitely be the better single player game but the 5v5 of 2k18 has it beat for a franchise guy like me. Live needs to sell well, competition is good for both sides.Comment

Re: No Roster Editing in NBA Live 18
Honest Roster editing is a nice feature, but it's certainly not a break or make deal for me. In all honesty I can careless for it. I never ever used and rosters edit as far as editing ratings, I like the edit the game puts out. As far as editing gear then that's what I like, but without out does not effect my choice to buy it.

Re: No Roster Editing in NBA Live 18
Really wondering if I should get this game or not. I was really surprised with how good the demo was and how much of a improvement the game is compared to 16 but I am a franchise mode player and it sounds like franchise mode is really lacking in this game. No trades, no roster editing, still don't know if there are in game injures or not and considering 16 didn't have in game injures and I have not had a injury in the demo that is a good question to ask. Also the CPU at end of games is really stupid. I don't need to have a deep franchise mode even though I would like to and I really like how this game plays over all but if the franchise mode cant even have the most simple things like that then yeah I just don't know how much replay value this game is going to have. I have like zero interest in create a player type of modes in sports games. With the game only costing 32 with BB and gamers club I am thinking maybe I should just take a chance that EA will patch those few things into the game. At the same time I don't know how likely it is that they will do that and on top of that we still don't know how good sim stats/draft classes/FA signing are etc. I have not heard about any of that from the people who have been playing the game on xbox with the access thing.Comment

Just FYI, what I'm hearing is that there are more CAP options in the retail version of 2K.Comment

Yeah, but what people mean by that is more preset heads, hairstyles, and facial hair styles. Not necessarily any added features. Really sucks. [emoji37]Check me out: https://goo.gl/N8vDdZComment

Re: No Roster Editing in NBA Live 18
Where did this rumor come from? Just don't expect too much. They had 4 years to put it in the game and they didn't, and you think they will do it in a month now? Hope for the best, expect the worst.Last edited by youvalss; 09-10-2017, 12:44 PM.My Specs:
