Re: Jpup's NBA Live 2005 Rosters for XBOX Version 1 WIP
Hey man, I have been testing several things over the past few hours. Block rating means absolutely nothing as far as in-game blocks are concerned. I think they are broken. The only thing that the rating will effect are the sim stats. I played out several cpu vs. cpu games with block ratings all the way to zero on every player and still saw a ton of blocks. I think the players height in relation to the offensive player makes the difference. Of course we knew that had an effect, but this is redicoulous.
One game, Al Harrington had 11 blocks with his block rating to zero. I have tried every thing that I can think of to fix this problem and it's just not right. try it out and let me know what you think because I absolutely think this is one huge problem with this game. Cpu vs. cpu games are horrible to watch due to the blocks. I don't really know what to do.NFL: Tennessee Titans

Originally posted by RRsports3I don't think that it's either player's block ratings or jump ratings that cause too many blocks.......It's the sliders. Don't change player ratings to have lower block or jump ratings, instead change your sliders. Check out the section on this site that talks about sliders. That should help you out. please just don't lower everyones block or jump ratings or your rosters will suck.Michael Riga - OS's unoffical MacAddict
