Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Just went back to the original 2008 named roster and started a new career with Central Arkansas. This was the first team I ever used in legacy mode way back when the game released, looking forward to the recruiting challengeLast edited by Lukin4; 04-25-2013, 03:07 AM.Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Left North Florida after my 4th year and a 1st round exit to Miami. Left UNF and chose the William and Mary job, and just lost in the Elite Eight as a 6 seed against #1 UConn in my first season. First season record 27-6, 14-4 in conference play. Best wins: UCLA (twice, once on the road they were ranked #15, once in the tourney as a 2 seed) and beating 3 seed Vandy by 20 (they were ranked in the top 25). Not sure how long I'll stay here at W&M.
edit: My freshman SF with 16 ppg won Freshman of the Year! not sure how that happened lol. He definitely was one of my best players this season.Last edited by razgriz24; 05-03-2013, 08:20 PM.Comment

Just started my first closed legacy with Prairie View A&M. Lost all of my non conference games including a heartbreaker to Norfolk St. I'm 7 - 16 on the season and 3rd in the SWAC with a 7 - 3 record. Playing every game.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
I'm about to start my 2014-15 season with the Brown Bears. We have dominate post players including a 4* 7'0 power forward. There is every chance we go undefeated in conference play. It's a stretch saying that but this is a very good team I have.
SpoilerI'm kinda spamming by saying this but you can check out the legacy in the sig“If you’re true to yourself, you’re going to be true to everyone else.”Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Elite 8
2 Texas A&M vs 1 Virginia
Broke out a big 10+ lead coming out the 2nd, then they break out in a 13-4 run. Main reason why is my star SG needs to average 24+ (23.4) to overtake the leading scorer (23.8) to get the POY award to get one more coaching point. With the other scorer out the tourney, he can't have a bad game. They held him to just 10 in the first. He put up 51 in a game before. Also is the best shooter in the conference.
Late in the 2nd SG Jakob Burnstein keeps us in the game with clutch buckets almost every trip down. Down with 13 sec. to go I run a play (loop screen for my 2k13 users) he gets it off with .4 on the clock with late shot contest. Knocks it down!!!! to keep us in the game. Going to OT with 25 PTs.Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
And I lost 71-78 turnovers. Ugh. Put up 34 14-26 1-5 3pt 5-6 ft 4 steals.
Fell short 23.7 but still got POY. I guess they rather have a shooter than a PF. He didn't even get big man of the year. But ND did have a bad season so I'll take the award and the point.
One thing is he shot for a crazy .510 .463 3pt. Best shooter on the 1st all-am.Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Right now I'm in the middle of my 8th season and 1st with Florida State. We're currently 17-2 and ranked #3 in the country behind #2 Alabama and #1 Maryland (who we beat a week ago even though they have a team rating of 98. But I'll get to that later.
I finished up my fourth season with San Diego State with a 41-0 season and our third straight National Championship. The year was a complete joke and the closest game I had all year was a 10 point win. I was considering staying so my star player could win 4 titles in 4 years, but he left early for the draft. I could've stayed and helped the sophomores at the time try to do that but I wanted to get the point for moving to a power conference team, and my choices were Maryland, Syracuse, and FSU. I had lost a recruit to FSU that year and the #1 HS junior had them as his top school, so I went with them.
The team looked pretty good at first glance, with the best player being a 6'7" SF with a 90 3pt rating who would fit perfectly into the 4 spot for me. I had a lot of good guards but there were only two real bigs, one C (the recruit I lost out on) and one PF, on the team. The starting lineup was a 5'9" PG (85 ovr.), a 6'5" PG (85 ovr.) at the 2, another 6'5" PG (82 ovr.) at the 3, the aforementioned SF at the 4, and the frosh center (79 ovr. but is a monster on D and on the boards and has mid 70s mid and 3pt ratings). We were ranked #7 in the preseason rankings with SDSU #9.
Our season started with 2 blowouts of Loyola and Florida A&M at home but we lost by 3 at Purdue and narrowly escaped with a 5 point win at St. Bonaventure. After that game I benched my PG, moved my 2 to the 1, and put a sophomore SG in at the 2. He had already had 2 20 point games, so I knew he could score. We won a few more, but after a loss to WVU where we only score 20 points in the second half, I took that SF out of the starting lineup and put in my only other big to play the 4. Despite having a 90 3pt rating, he couldn't hit anything from beyond the arc, and that's still going on with him shooting 30% from deep. After that change he is now my backup 4 and my 3rd guy off the bench, and my backup C is a 5 star frosh SG who I moved to SF because he can't shoot to save his life, but he's a good rebounder.
Since I made that last change we've gone 10-0 and have upset #1 Maryland, #4 UNC in Chapel Hill, and #2 Wake Forest, and the closest game was UNC by 11. We're undefeated so far in the ACC with 8 games left including one at Wake Forest.
I ended not getting the #1 guy in the class because coming into the season, UNC was his top school and I could never catch up. I did manage to get the #2 guy in the class, a 6'7" SF with A+ potential as well as a 4 star SF who looks like a great shooter and a 4 star PF just for depth.Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
I didn't really like the team so after the game (lost by 10) did some recruiting and simmed the season ended up with a monster 4* PF who has led me to a first round tourney win which I'm now playing Miami and he's paving my way to victory in the tourneyComment
