Just had a great game last night in my DePaul dynasty I'm in year 4 wrapping up the Big East regular season. We took our #10 squad on the road to face #11 Syracuse. Got out to a 46-27 half time lead, couldn't miss a shot, hit 58% from the field was 6-10 from 3.

Then the second half run came. Syracuse cut it to 3 but we held 'em off. Ended up shooting only 39% for the game. You just never know in this game when you'll go cold or hit a hot streak.

Well....we almost did it.

In the Elite 8 we faced Ole Miss who was a #1 seed (we were the #3). Down 18 at half time we went on a 3pt tear and ended up winning by 1pt. I was almost jumping around because I really thought we were done for and had accepted it.

In the Final Four we met Ohio State and crushed them by 25. It was surprisingly easy. I felt our National Championship matchup with Alabama would be pretty routine. They were a #1 seed, but we were better rated.

We jump out to a 3 point lead. And then they just got pissed. Couldn't stop them. Fell behind by nearly 30, clawed back to 20, then got crushed. Dream over.

Started the next season ranked #4, opened up a conference tourny against St. Josephs as a heavy favorite. Couldn't hit the side of a barn from the charity stripe and lost in double OT. You feel the abscence of our two Seniors that were our leaders.

Won the next two games though. I'm just amazed at the variet of games and still, can get upset anytime. Every game truly counts.

I just picked up this game today for $9 at Gamestop. Also, got NFL 2K5 for free. The clerk bought it for me (only cost 99 cents) since I had to wait 2 weeks longer than he anticipated to get it (had it sent from another store rather than have me drive way out my way) LOL

After playing NCAA 10 for a week I decided to throw this game back in last night...

I loaded up koshi's playbooks and a new roster file and then suddenly it was 4am. I had played 3 straight games and had gone a month into a new Skyhawks legacy. I had a thrilling 58-55 win in the final of the College Hoops Classic, hitting a LONG three at the death to clinch it. I was punching the air and silently screaming, trying not to wake my fiancee.

I think its fair to say that its sucked me back in! Now I can't wait for some more free time over the holidays to dig deeper! NCAA 10 does some great things but College Hoops just has that X factor.

I bought this game along with NHL 08 when I got my PS3 (after playing the old Xbox versions of 2k6-7) and didn't play it too much as I was more focused on NHL. Almost two years later and after mastering both NHL 08 and 09 to the point that series is simply boring, I threw this back in today and am already hooked after downloading rosters and sliders. Can't wait to fire up a legacy!

Oh man this game can be punishing! I just watched a 14 point half time lead turn into an 18 point loss! The CPU just blew me away with the 3 and rebounded me to death. I mean 18 to 3 in the offensive rebound column..Ouch!!!

Do you guys get better at avoiding CPU comebacks? I actually dread having a really good first half as I know that things are going to get scary from then on. I love this game but watching the CPU score 50 second half points no matter what I do, is about as frustrating as it can get!

Still, I guess I would be annoyed if it wasn't possible for stuff like that to happen.

I picked up this game again and forgot what it was like to be entertained,
This game is worth it's weight in gold, I decided to coach UC Riverside.
My first year I finished dead last in the big west conference. What I look forward too is recruiting some decent players to get the fans in the stands, I would like to see if I can make this team a contender.
A national championship with this small school is highly unlikely but the journey is still worth it.
I recommend this game to anyone who wants a game that will keep you entertained, it is worth it and more.

Really enjoying my legacy at Radford, I'm in my 4th year...simmed most of the first 3 until I got all my recruits. In year 4 we have our best team at 74 overall and we are off to a 5-1 start on the season but our 5 wins have come against schools with a combined 5-34 record.

Got revenge from the National Championship loss beating Alabama last night. Much different game. Won by 15 after losing by 30 last year. Would rather have won last year though.

Just had a heartbreaking end to my 4th year at Auburn.

After going 29-7 and winning the National Championship in Year 3, I steamrolled to a 32-4 record in Year 4 with a very talented group (87 overall) that made it all the way to the Final Four.

But my trip ended there at the hands of Miami (88 overall) who lit me up 86-75, shooting 56% for the game and 53% from downtown.

I lose one Senior, Defensive Player of the Year Boubacar Sylla and return everyone else. My team is stacked in Year 5 led by 2011 Freshman All American 6'6" SG Shawan Joseph who enters his Sophomore year at Auburn.

I've now reached a powerhouse level as far as my program goes, so I've loaded up in the preseason schedule with games against Duke, Wake Forest, Kansas, Michigan State, Bucknell, Syracuse, and South Alabama.

I'm preseason #6. A couple of interesting coaching changes...Wisconsin hires VCU's Anthony Grant and Bobby Cremins takes over at Maryland.

I love this freaking game.

I am finally getting this game back!! Mine broke, but I'm getting a new one on Amazon on the 4th or 5th. I am most likely going to grab the OS 09-10 rosters, start an open legacy, play the best games around the NCAA. Play all major conference championship games, and a good 30 NCAA Tourney games. Then I will create the real top 10 recruits, and repeat. This game owns my soul and I dont even have it.
