It's amazing how much little detail has a huge effect on games. Just looking at the UConn clips in the video, from having the American flag on the shoulder and Big East logo on the back next of the jerseys plus every player's real sneakers they wear in IRL. Just amazing.

I just got chills.

It's tough playing CHoops today. I hate the default control scheme and the control isn't as incredible IMO as some make it. In terms of dribbling, I feel like NBA 2k10 is better. CHoops does better with basic movement, however.

After the tourney started last weekend, I fired my old saved game back up. I'm running a CPU vs. CPU dynasty and am currently at Arkansas State after starting out at Campbell (love those camels!). My current team is 20-3 with wins over Kansas, Iowa St., and Miss St., with a narrow loss to Duke. The only bad loss so far is against conference foe Florida International (and another conference loss against North Texas, but they're actually a decent team).

My RPI rating is 24 and I'm in 1st place in the Sun Belt with 3 games to go before the conference tournament. Bracketology currently has us as a 6-seed, with a potential second-round matchup against N.C. State (rated as a 90 overall compared to our 86).

I've yet to make it out of the first weekend of the NCAA Tourney, so I'm hoping we can finish strong, win the conference tourney, get a decent seed in the NCAA, and make a run to the Sweet 16 at least.

One thing I dislike about this game, the scoreboard. LOL. Such a little gripe, but it's so boring and blah to look at. Doesn't even have your teams ranking in the polls(doesn't show it before the game either). That's one thing that EA does really well. Their menu styles and scoreboards are always nice and 'fresh'.

I guess that's moreso a compliment to 2k though. If the only thing we can find wrong with this game is the scoreboard is ugly, then this must be a true classic.

Now that Live doesn't produce games for PC, a lot of the patchers there now do their work on the 2k series PC games.

this game is so freaking beautiful when your team is all on the same page offensively, teams are using a 2-3 zone against me because i really only have 1 shooter, but my freshman center and small forward have such amazing chemistry together they work beautifully in the high-low game its going to be a treat playing with these two for 4 years.

god i love this game. theres a lot of problems with the presentation/announcers as they say a lot of the wrong things but i swear i hear them say somethin new every time i play. greg gumbel just did the pontiac game changing performance for this game and he said sometimes a defensive play can really break your opponents spirits down the stretch

the highlight was my point guard taking a charge in a 2-1 scenario while i was up by 1 with just over 30 seconds left. freakin beautiful

my 2 guards are always makin little plays like that couple real small guards 5'10 and 6'1 but they are great defensively and hound the opponents all the way up the floor they don't give me a lot of scoring but i couldn't be a succesful team without them

The Selection Sunday show is still impressive. Never gets old to see it at the end of each season. I actually look forward to the selection show more than the actual tourney, lol.

Quality wasn't bad. What sliders do you use?
