I agree...and I don't think people are bashing RJ, I think they're just disagreeing with his assessment that Prince is trash.

The commitment is one thing. Half of those guys have already said that they will not play. But the fact is that those are 10 of the most talented basketball players in the world, and if it were POSSIBLE to get them all to camp and agree to play for the team (which you are correct, it's not), that team would dominate.

My bad on the 3 pt percentage...didn't look at that one carefully enough, but the Jefferson still has a good margin better field goal percentage than Prince. He also has gotten to the line 220 more times than Prince. Is this a product of Jefferson being the second scoring option...maybe, but it's still very impressive. Jefferson has become one of the most efficient players in the NBA..getting to the line and not requiring that many shots.

One more thing, where do you get that Prince shut down T-Mac? Look at the stats from that series.
Didnt guard him until Game 5 after it was 3-1 Orlando. Carsile finally had no choice and Prince cooled him off. Its hard to shut down great players but he did put the clamps on him to help win the series.

well, Mutumbo wasnt on the team that got swept by the Lakers, so he's only talking about the Spurs series, which they lost in 6 games. So it's not ridiculous that they could have had a shot in that series had they done some things differently.

I don't think Prince is trash, I just think he has no business being on the Olympic Team and the fact that he already withdrew I find insulting.

Watching RJ on Quite Frankly, I found myself really liking the guy. he's articulate and not some fake guy giving drab answers. he has a perfectly shaped head too, i mean seriously, it's immaculate. i doubt many guys can rock the no hair thing.

edit: lmao. now he's going down the list on the guys who were drafted ahead of him, implying that he is better than them. and he's correct on this, but i just found it funny how he was name dropping: eddie griffin, eddy curry, shane battier, tyson chandler, D. Diop haha.
