Personally, I think it is a case of she DOES deserve to get hit (especially if she constantly pushes his buttons), however no one person deserves the right to hit her. If that makes any sense.

No offense but sometimes, you have to take the fall in order to continue to live out life. What happens when he denies the accusation? Then she files for divorce or whatever and takes EVERYTHING x2. It's just like when this pastor was accused of "raping" this girl he was praying with. The girl has a history of coming onto grown men and stuff like that, this pastor had no prior history of messing around with anyone other than his wife. His wife was in no conflict with the situation. Still, the man realized that if he didn't plead guilty, he might get some jailtime. Just because it's on the report doesn't mean that it happened. This society is man run but it caters to women the most. They get the benefit of the doubt. On thing that people are looking at is how small she is compared to how big he is. Small women can do damage. There are all types of women who are quite strong for their size. Size is an overrated attribute nowadays. Heck, think of all the soft big men in the league.

Has anyone ever seen Jason Kidd get into a fight or altercation on the court or any kind of conflict at anytime while playing ball from high school to present day? Usually, you can tell a person's type of character by what you see and hear from them. I'm not picking sides, but everything that seems to come out of Juwana's camp (LOL) is an off-guard type of comment. The responses are kind of iffy. Doesn't it seem unusual that Jason filed, though he's supposedly the abuser? Abusers aren't filing. Never heard of someone who clocks his female upside the head getting a restraining order and staying away from the house. Another thing, did she not have the situation where she sent the son to get the cell phone at the game and shout obscene gestures? That doesn't count against this case? I think she was seen doing it more than once AT HER HUSBAND!! That's not normal. If you guys think that Jason Kidd was just an abuser from the start, then you guys definitely need to hear the whole story. Here's another article.

I'm not one who condones hitting women, but I've seen many cases where the chick had it coming to her... I saw one get absolutely dropped in the middle of the street by her man... She had been following him for a few blocks, screaming at him, calling him names and expletives, and he would stop and tell her to get away from him and go home... She just kept pushing old boy. So finally, she runs up on him, calls him some good stuff, says something about "go to your mother's house, see if that bitch will help you", and that was it... Dude rocked her upside the head with a right, just dropped her on the street, and told her "see, I told you to go home. That's your problem, you don't funking listen!!"

I probably woulda handled it differently, but there are some broads who will just keep trying you. The trick is those are the ones you just bang out. You don't MARRY them....

Yeah, I don't condone beating women, but I'm talking about abuse. If--IF--a woman physically attacks a man, that man has every right to defend himself. Not saying he's gotta kill her (unless she's got a gun), but dude should be able to protect himself.

I've dated some skinny, feisty, afro-american females who were on the small side, that really had fight in them. I'm not trying to say that Jason is all right, but I've been in and around situations where everything wasn't what it seemed. The innocent do provoke by doing the same thing that is done back to them. I can't say she's just like every female I've known, but there are some females out there that would blow your freaking mind by how they act. I'm not putting all my eggs into one basket or the other, but the side of the female sounds a lot more shaky to me now that more of this stuff is coming out. Of course, this is my opinion and I definitely respect yours.
