But there are a few Mavs fans that are just straight up terrible.Comment

Re: Best Point Guard in the League
The other night Jason Kidd had 16 points, 16 rebounds, and 19 assists. That was on a team that only has another all-star on it.Comment

Re: Best Point Guard in the League
Baron did get many... and I mean many honourable mentions throughout the many pages of this post.
As for him not being on the list...
I don't consider him the best, but he should have been there ahead of most of thoes guys.Comment

I'm sorry but I have to bring this thread back up cause Baron is still a beast. That guy is a franchise healer. He is definitely balling tonight. His defense is so gritty. His heart is huge. I know what the stats say but the boy is just......Amazing. You can see it flowing into the rest of his teammates too. His confidence and demeanor just show on the court the whole game. I need a Davis jersey.Comment

Re: Best Point Guard in the League
I couldn't decide between these 3: Nash, Paul, and Kidd.
All 3 are TRUE PG's who have all the abilities and intangibles required for their position.
If I was building a team I would definitely take Paul cuz he is the youngest, but Nash has won the MVP the last two years and Kidd could do the same if he still played in Phoenix w/ all the talent Nash has (not to belittle his game).
I'm gonna say other...John Stockton...Originally posted by Edmund BurkeAll that is needed for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.Comment

Re: Best Point Guard in the League
I'm still with Kidd as the best PG in the league. His playmaking abilities are up to par with Nash's, and what he can do on the other end of the floor are balanced with his offensive abilities.
Nash is a close second, though.Comment

Re: Best Point Guard in the League
Arguing the best point guard in the league is one of the most pointless threads I could think of. Seriously, there's probably 5 or 6 guys who are the cream of the crop, but distinguishing who's "better" is impossible.Comment

Re: Best Point Guard in the League
The gap between Williams and Paul isn't that wide anymore (it was never a wide gap to me...but many would say Paul is the best and it's not even close). Williams started off the season slow, but has had 5 straight 30 point games and is averaging 19 and 10 on the season. Paul is averaging 21 and 11. I would still take Williams cause I'm obviously biased.Comment

Re: Best Point Guard in the League
Who, Williams?
He's always been mentioned with as one of the top PGs in the league. Unless you're counting BSPN highlights lol.#RespectTheCultureComment
