I honestly think the Jazz is playing better basketball, and executing more.

They haven't had a game where only 4 total players scored or their bench scores about 4 points.

It is grind it out basketball but I've enjoyed the GSW mavs series more.

This was a good game down to the wire though.

      .

The Jazz execute better than the entire league. They have done now for two decades and it's a credit to their coach.

If someone on their bench catches fire...they are going to be very hard to hold out.

They lack that one "give the ball to me" guy though...in the last minute of a tight game, it's hard to execute team plays.

I don't disagree there either. I think it's still hard to get higher profile players to go to utah though. Closest thing they've gotten to that was almost Corey Maggette a couple of years ago, but even then he's no all star.

Who is the shooting guard for the Nuggets? Jeez he just stays still on offense, and barely moves around on defense. wtf?

Dirk said he needs to raise his game and he does. so does everyone else on the roster.

your fellow Louisiannian needs to raise his game also. Avery is a big reason why the Mavs are in this hole. Nelson is owning AJ so far.

If Houston and GS both hold on, Yao vs the Warriors would be interesting.

He played very well in patches. Without wanting to mention that other SG, the importance of big assist numbers should never be underestimated. That was an excellent team performance from Mac...and then he scored when needed down the stretch.

When that "other" guy has 40 points...everyone goes crazy...but i'd rather 15 assists and 25 points ANY time.

That fade away 3 ball at the top of the key is UGLY though

Agree. 16 assists is special for your off-guard. One more win and the kid can shake the 1st rd tag.

Denver playing with some energy, let's see if they can keep it up.

To look at things from a "glass half full" perspective: The Rockets haven't come close to playing their best at any point in the series, and yet they're up 3-2. That's encouraging.

I fully expect the series to go seven games, hopefully the good guys will prevail.

On a gaming note...I hope Beluba and co. are watching these games.

Mac carries the ball for Houston...Odom and Kobe for the Lakers...

It would be nice if they put that in the game...instead of "PG regardless gets ball at top of key, SG regardless runs around screens...every team's PG plays identical...etc...etc..."

I think LA are a better team when Kobes assists numbers are up also.

They seem to lose a lot of games where he has 40 and 2...

And win a lot when he has 28 and 9.

I'd prefer to see him try and get 10 assists by 3/4 time...conserve some energy...and then just go crazy come the last 5 or 6 minutes and score.

Yeah that's really annoying, especially since I've been trying to simulate these playoff games and the point guards dominate the games.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)
