The San Antonio Spurs have the best team defense in the NBA and this is why they are champions. They not the most the exciting team but they win championships and that is all that really matters.

The NBA Finals ended on 05/18/07. When the Pistons were knocked out, the Finals were over. It was obvious the Cavs stood no chance against the Spurs.Comment

The Finals actually ended when SA beat Phoenix. Detroit wouldn't have done much, if any, better than Cleveland did.Comment

You can't win the finals with only one player. LeBron and the Cavs stood no chance.Comment

Congrats to the Spurs and their fans.. well deserved NBA Title.. Hands down the best team in the league..
man, if the Cavs could have just shot a bit better in both home games we may have been tied 2-2.. but thats not the case..
Great defense by both teams IMO this series..
feels weird having the Cavs season end tonight, so used to it ending 2 months ago lol..
one last time.. Lets Go Cavs!!
Hell of a season Cavs. Proud to be a Cavs fan.Twitter - WTF_OS

Yet Detroit couldn't get past this one player. They wouldn't have been able to do anything against the Spurs defense and then Billups would come out and say the Pistons were the better team.Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.Comment

No way Dallas beats SA this year. Duncan is much better than he was last year (becuase of his foot) and everyone else on the Spurs is better as well.Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.Comment

Congrats to the Spurs, the most under-appreciated dynasty that comes to mind.
Cleveland, you have a heck of a run, but in the end was just outmatched.
There are 28 other teams that cannot say they made it to the finals.
Now They're showing this "Adidas Tim Duncan it takes 5" commercial after they shoved LeBron down our throats like it was a cold glass of water on a hot day.
The league needs to stop trying to bank on individuals to this degree and do whats right.Comment

Would rather have been proven wrong though Macca
BTW...LBJ losing like this will possibly make him a much better player. The pain of seeing the Spurs lift the trophy on his floor 'should' be enough to drive him to work hard every day...
Had of he won it all at 22...I doubt he'd have developed as well as he will from losing.
If that makes sense
The next ten years will be exciting for Cavs fans. They'll be in the thick of it each season. Enjoy itLast edited by Court_vision; 06-15-2007, 04:39 AM.Comment
