Don't get me wrong though, A.I. has some serious talent.. If he had more discipline and such like some of the better NBA players (like Jordan), he'd be a lot better, though.Originally Posted by Briman123

I'm talking about right now, but even right now there aren't 10 players in the league that are better than him and do as much for their team like he does. Like I said before, without Jordan the Wizards would be in the Lebron Sweepstakes. Did some of you forget that last year if Jordan hadn't gotten hurt the Wizards would have made the playoffs?Comment

Well hold on a sec.. I agree Jordan has done more for his team and is playing better ball right now than C Dub.. but honestly.. you can't say that the Kings would trade C Dub for Jordan.. or that you would, I hope. First of all, Jordan is on his last run (as good as it is, it's his last.. maybe.. lol), and C Dub has some good years in him.. He's what, 30, 29, something like that. I mean the guy puts up a double double like every night, let's give him some credit now.. He is the King's franchise player and even though some say he's a little soft (which he may be), he's pretty damn good.Originally Posted by Briman123

C Dub is a great player, but it sure does help having Divac, BJ, Peja, Bibby, and Christie as his teammates.
Would they be the same team if you replaced those guys with less talented players at those positions, because of C Dub ? No.Comment

Are you going by jordan's off nights or on nights. It seems like his off nights seem to out number the good nights at a 2 to 1 ratio.
<hr /></blockquote><font class="post">
Not true. He's averaging something like 27 points and 7-8 rebounds a game since turning 40. He's been phenomenal for the Wizards, and the only thing that has slowed him down is his back and an injury he suffered on his thigh when he collided with Reggie Miller.

MJ has a great game every 8 games it seems, while you can expect Kobe to pull one off every 4 or 5 games.
Jordan's effort tonight was nice, but this is probably his best game this season. While some games you'll see Kobe pulling in 20 points after 1 qrt.

Again, this is nowhere near his best game of the season. He's already had quite a few 40+ point games this season, willing his team to victory over teams like the Nets and Indiana Pacers. He scored 44 on the Nets, he had a double (?) OT victory over the Pacers when he scored 40+, and there were a few other victories like that. The man has been on fire since turning 40, which brings me to believe that for the most part, he's been trying to get his teammates to step up their game while saving his energy for the playoffs. They're not going to make the playoffs, definitely not without him going all out, and he's doing it right now. He's proving he's still got plenty of game left in him, and only injuries can slow him down.Comment
