Yeah I can't understand it at all. They don't play again til Sunday and this was a tiebreaker game. I don't see why he just sat them the whole game. I mean drop their minutes or smething just don't sit all three for the entire game.

He's not going to overplay Manu or Timmy in the regular season to gamble at a homecourt that he's not even close to right now.

                        It's true isn't it?

Anybody hear Pop's reasoning as to why he rested the Big 3:

"Duncan wanted to renegotiate his contract so I told him sit down and don't speak to me."

                        LOL

                          Haha, Pop... crazy bastid.

But yeah, Phoenix rested Shaq against us too and we beat them... I'll take whatever charity they want to give us with Portland creepin' though. We were missing K-Mart (sick) and Billups for the 2nd half (ankle), so it wouldn't have been a full-strength matchup anyway.

Jersey going for 3 straight tonight as they travel to DC. Hopefully we can get a little momentum going into the ASB and then take off from there since we've pretty much always been a 2nd half team.

FYI, Brook has been playing great for us this season and I think you'd have to consider him for ROTY or have him in the conversation.

If he keeps getting better and the Nets make the playoffs, he has a serious shot at the ROY. Mayo and Rose are both on losing teams, and it's not getting better.

Team wins should barely if at all factor in on the ROY voting...IMO

Not the greatest of examples, but Brandon Roy was the obvious choice for ROY over Bargnani, even though the Raptors won the Atlantic that year and the Blazers were out of the playoffs.
