And of course, people are going to take something I said from a summer league game and take it as serious gospel. Because I'm so damn sure I was saying Williams will be the next AI or the future of the ******* franchise! I mean...that's exactly what I said, right? Nopes.

The AI Lite lines you are taking as seriously me making LW as the next Iverson isn't true still. I even called him AI Lite in THIS thread. And explained why. You muttered nada. Yet, you needed to lean on someone else to provide something, which still didn't provide your precious evidence, and now you want to take the "AI Lite" to mean something. You're scrapping hard to look good in this.

Louis Williams may be that gem the Sixers were looking for. This dude looks like AI Lite, except he can shoot and play in a set offense.

Seriously, this dude came on really late last season when he got time in the last handful of games. And he seemed to have come off that with some major confidence. He is proving he can score in this league. Once Miller is traded (at least he should be) this season, it will be a treat to watch LW do his thing.

Damn! Now we know why LW went into AI mode late in that game! They made him mad!

His potential was never put up that high in the first place. Nobody said he is the next Iverson and that he is the future of the franchise. Deny it all you want, but it was never said. Poking at the AI Lite and gem thing means you have nothing.

Someone mentioned Deng earlier, and I think that is probably one of the better examples.

After 06-07 season there was a huge buzz surrounding him...I mean, people were saying the Kobe deal didnt go through (could be and most likely is heresay) because how much Pax valued him and Kupcheck (sp?) wanted him in the deal.
