i am so happy that guy retracted it. he called glen davis " a raging animal" well he did just hit a game winning shot at the buzzer that probably just saved their series and it is a moment we all dream about having so of course he is going to be real pumped about it

its obvious what happened here. thats the way it should be played. make sure ray and pp dont get a shot and let the worse player take the shot.

What do u mean cmon lol r u crazy...he's 300 pounds and quick enough to stay with rashard lewis and if he improved his jumper that much and this is still only his second year it means workin harder than alot of other players.

Once he works on his post game and stops allowing smaller players to guard him he's gonna be a load to handle.

The only negative about him is that he has absolutely no vertical.

I want to see what the glen davis haters have to say about the way he played last nite.

He really impressed me and played the way i knew he had the potential to play and honestly he WILL be the X factor when it comes to the celtics championship hopes in the playoffs.

He's a big body and he moves well 4 his size, plus he can hit the midrange jumper. Not to mention the fact that he draws alot of charges. But even tho he'll only get 20 min a game in the playoffs with garnett i think how he plays will determine if they can get past the cavs

So he hit a freaking game winning shot. He's in the NBA because he's got talent, lets not get carried away here....

Glen Davis playoff averages thru 12 games --- (16.8 ppg 6.1 rpg 1.2 stl 0.7 bpg 37.8 mpg)


These are big time numbers against tough matchups considering his size. He has shown the ability to guard anyone from john salmons to dwight howard without being burned badly by either. And i am a diehard bulls fan but i was thanking god every time doc rivers took out glen davis when salmons played the 4 with the small lineup because davis did a solid job on him defensively.


And you can see his confidence grow literally game by game and his teammates are now looking for him to hit big shots.

Bottom line is this team is gonna be lethal next year with powe, garnett, davis, and perkins down low....wow

You can say that about a lot of people but its the same with lamarcus aldridge because all he does is pick and pop all day with brandon roy.

If your a big man that consistently knock down open jumpers and make an impact defensively then you are going to be sought after.

But this is only this guys second season. IMagine how hard he will work on his game this summer after he sees the results paying off this year.
