Kobe's been "regressing" since his time on the Olympic team.

Not only that but he refuses to adjust his approach to the game. Now that he's getting older, putting more mileage on those wheels as well as accumulating a bunch of injuries he's simply forcing the action and not setting the table. He's become a ball-stopper.

You put any of Wade, LBJ even Melo on the Lakers and I don't think there's a chance for any other team in the league in the playoffs.

Anyway not the place but IMO Durant looks miles better than Kobe right now, and almost all season.

Of course he will, the kid is just getting started.
I'm sorry I meant improve as in stats. I know for a fact his game will improve....he too good and too young not to. Right now he is a strictly a face up player. Again...I'm not knocking him. Love the new Kid on the block.

But damn he is getting to the line 10.3 times a game.....You sure he is 21? lol

Won't disagree about most anything in terms of THIS season. I'd like to see how things play out when he's healthy next season (or if he ends up getting hurt again next season) before saying he's lost his place on the list.

Durant is just a pure scorer. Lebron is more of a magic johnson, a more athletic Johnson. Durant can block anything. He creates shots better than Lebron. He has killer dribble moves and no look passes. And he can shoot from anywhere on the court with the quickest release in the NBA.

Durant is my MVP, he's way more versatile than Lebron. BTW, they need to mo-cap his signature shot better in the NBA games cause it's one of the best looking shots I've seen since Jordan.

Best record in the league will win you MVP about 99.8% of the time.

I'm kind of confused about what he said about Kevin Durant....First you called him a "pure scorer". Then said a sentence late. That Durant creates shots better than LeBron does. After comparing LeBron to Magic Johnson. Am I the only that is confused? lol

But right now Kevin Durant is exactly what I thought he was back in High School when no one was watching him. "T-Mac 2.0"....The better version...lol Again he is way ahead of T-Mac when he was that age.

I wonder how Artest will match-up with him

Were you mad when they gave the MVP to Karl Malone instead of your father?

I can't see how you believe Durant is MVP other than

I'm in the A,B,C category, but Lebron deserves the MVP this year.

And those 'no look' passes explain exactly why he averages 6 less assists than Bron.

You see this what a true basketball fan is. They may hate a player with all their guts and image. But they won't blind themselves from respect.

I will be totally surprised if anyone besides LeBron James get first place votes. I'm pretty serious about this one.

Lebron is the best player in the NBA at 4 different positions. How is Durant more versatile?

Durant may very well be your MVP, he certainly deserves some votes. But spouting off baseless lies is not the way to go about it. LeBron is the most versatile player in the NBA and it's really not close. He can play all four spots at any time and be extremely successful at all of them.
